I was surprised to find an A&W outside of Canada. I think they have more locations there than in the US despite the "All American Food" sub-name. This location is very small which was understandable given the very small town it's in.
The girl behind the counter who took our order and cash was just a mess. She obviously hated her job. No smile. Very curt. She missed an order of onion rings and didn't apologize for it. Her shirt looked like it hasn't been washed in weeks.
The food was okay and I didn't have high expectations for it since it was just fast food. I'll stick with Burger King and Arby's. read more
Every time we have been here the food has been great and the service was friendly/professional. The restaurant is VERY clean. I was surprised to see the negative reviews but I'm guessing the owner must have seen them too and replaced the staff. read more
Truly shocking to experience such curt, bordering on nasty service in a small town in (friendly?) N. Wisconsin. After nothing but please and thank you ordering, my food was almost thrown at me by a young female server. Appalling. Just appalling. read more
This A&W is by far the worst one I've been to... the customer service was terrible. Only upside was our food came out fast.. but it was cold.. also to add there was also flys All over the dining area... and no free WiFi. Would recommend A&W but not this one. read more
