The restaurant was very crowded when I arrived and there were many customers who were waiting to be seated. Luckily, I found a spot at the bar so I didn't have to wait long. I had the 2 Egg Plate breakfast. The hashbrowns were nice and crispy, and the eggs were cooked just as I like them. Despite the restaurant being very busy, the waitress provided excellent service, showing remarkable patience and attentiveness to all patrons. She ensured every customer was satisfied with their food and kept all coffee cups filled. I believe they really grill the patty where other locations I feel they may put the imitation meat on the griddle, which as a vegetarian something like that makes a big difference. For an appetizer, we shared chips and salsa and they brought a green salsa that was spicy and a red salsa which was mild. We enjoyed mixing them together. Our waitress Cheyenne was awesome. My husband and I shared shrimp fajitas with corn tortillas. The fajitas came with a salad and rice and also guacamole, cheese, lettuce & tomatoes.
