She also told us we need to return to try their KFC chicken, which we will most definitely do on our return to Edmonton. The bulgogi pasta was well done: nicely al dente and well seasoned. The truffle flavor was a bit mild for my taste but the overall flavor was still delicious. I don't know WHAT is in the salad dressing (did I get a hint of Asian pear?) but it was so refreshing and different from any dressing I've had before. Plus the salad greens, julienned beets, and radishes were super fresh. This is not your average gas station food. If you're ever in the area, please give this place a try!
