We liked that it was grass-fed beef, hand-leaved lettuce, and all tasted fresh. This was our first time trying an A&W in Canada and we enjoyed it and would try it again. They've gotten my order wrong on every visit. They're rude and agressive when their errors are pointed out. They charge extra for things that are free at other locations. Their bathrooms are f***ing disgusting. I've witnessed an employee lick her finger and then continue to prepare orders of fries without washing her hands. They're frequently out of the most fundamental basics needed to run a restaurant like napkins, beef, and chicken(yes, I'm serious). It just blows my mind that someone could consistently get things so wrong. It's pure incompetence and a lack of giving a shit and it's an embarrassment to the brand.  Do yourself a favour and avoid this location at all costs. There's another one about five minutes away that's a million times better.
