A&W is known for its burgers, fries, and root beer (one of my fav drink) Pros 1. It uses fresh, never frozen beef and cage-free eggs (that's what they claim, and I would hope that's the case...I mean the sausage and eggs tasted great). 2. A&W's root beer...my favorite, and you can even get it in a frosted mug! Cons Some menu items can be a bit pricey, especially if you're looking for budget friendly option.. While I only had breakfast during this visit. I had their Teen burgers before. The teen burger is a classic A&W burger with two beef patties, cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and teen sauce. The worst fast food breakfast I have had. The English muffin was broken. The slice of cold cheese was unappetizing. The dining room floor needed to be swept. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. seriously. you will be in line in the drive-thru for quite some time. I passed by it a week or two ago & noticed that the drive-thru was packed, long line. I didn't have time to stop before work. I had an extra 10 minutes before I would be starting in 15 around the corner from the restaurant. it took me much longer.. actually I clocked into work 1 minute late. regardless.. they were rude. slow. handed me my food, shut the window & no "have a good day." nothing. My food tasting experience started when I was young. My mother anyways made sure to show us her tender love and care in one of the only ways she knew: through food. Every meal she made was made carefully and thoughtfully, and I am overcome with joy every time I eat her food. Their service is super slow and they aren't very kind. No interaction with customer whatsoever. Recently, their teen burgers (what I usually order) has been very bad. Patties taste old and tough. Very disappointed and will not be returning here again. read more

By far the worst place i have ever been to . I took my wife and kid here to have breakfast. As we ordered there was a lady that came back to the counter demanding her money back . Maybe that should of scared me off lol ..we ordered anyway . 2 real Canadian breakfast and pancakes and milk for the kid . The real Canadian consists of two eggs two sausage two pieces of bacon a hash brown and toast after our half hour wait for food we received one plate with two eggs a hash brown two pieces of bacon no sausage the other plate two undercooked runny eggs one piece of bacon no sausage no hash brown and toast we also did not get my daughter's milk when I return to the counter and told them we were missing sausages hash brown and milk the lady rolled her eyes at me and walked into the kitchen she later returned to the table with the milk and four sausages and a hash brown in a bowl my wife bit into one of the sausages and it was frozen in the middle so again I return to the counter and again the girl rolled her eyes at me not saying a word grab the bull and walked into the kitchen we never did get any sausages I'm normally not a very picky guy I know I'm going in a fast food restaurant and I'm not expecting Gourmet food or anything but this place is totally ridiculous the staff and the owner should all be ashamed of themselves the building is dirty the bathrooms are filthy the food is horrible either totally overcooked or undercooked and the wait time is atrocious we will definitely not be returning the picture that I posted is exactly how my mail came to me read more

Out of all the A&W's I have ever dined at this tops them all. This was the worst experience in a fast food place I have ever encountered. My other half and I had ordered 2 mozza Burger meals, we ordered to go from inside the restaurant. As we were waiting I had a look around the from of the store, to find grime caked in the left corner of the counter to the wall and all along to right side, it was about 2 inches out from the wall and quite thick. Then as we were waiting and waiting, 2 customers that ordered after us had gotten their meals, so at this point I am watching the heat shoot watching for our orders to come down the shoot I see the most disgusting site. There was an awful amount of caked food all over the heat trays floor. I might not have been so repulsed by it, but they put your food in that heat tray before it is wrapped. I do not want my food touching old, mushy, left out for hour fries and toppings. Finally after I was displeased with my surroundings and wanted to leave franchise I asked them if our order was ready after yet another customer order and got their food, they said our mozza's weren't ready. Puzzled why our order wasn't ready after we watched 3 customers order after us and get their meals (not to mention orders that went through drive thru) and waited 20 min in store after we ordered, we asked for our money back and left the store. Absolutely appalled at this A & W. We will never go back and it completely ruined our experience at the well known Fast Food joint. read more
