However, their online payment portal is clunky and doesn't show how much you still owe, which is frustrating. I called on 6/5/25 at 8am to find out my remaining balance so I could pay it off, and the person I spoke to was extremely rude. I asked how the payoff amount was calculated--not because I didn't trust her, but because I like to double-check and understand the math myself. She responded condescending, saying things like "you just type numbers into a calculator," and seemed annoyed that I was asking for clarification. When I explained I wasn't trying to be difficult, just trying to understand, she stated that clearly I have a problem with her so should just call back to talk to someone else. I never got a clear answer and now have to figure it out myself. Love the product, but the customer service on the account payment end was a HORRIBLE experience.
