Tilden Rd as Stoneybrook West Parkway is for residents only. He calls me at 09:05am saying that the gate code doesn't work. I told him that he is most likely at Stoneybrook West Parkway. He said he would drive around and come, and the drive takes no more than 5 mins. At 09:26 I called him back, he said that he was stuck in traffic and he would be at my house in 1 min and sarcastically said "sir can you wait 1 min, if not I leave". I told him that it was rude but I still wanted him to come over. I was waiting for him, I saw him park in front of the house and then leave 10 seconds later. I called him back, and he said "you said you don't want me here so I took a picture and I left". I told him I still wanted him to come and take a look at my balconies, each 1 000 sq ft. He said he didn't want to come and he left. Not only he lied, he was being rude and sarcastic and made me waste my time waiting for him. I am not sure why Floor and Décor suggested your company when there is such bad service.
