I was soooo happy after she worked on it. Since I got this nails done by her, she became my favourite one. I tried to get my nails done by other nail tech which everyone recommended but I experienced worst. Rose is super passionate about her work. She always checks up on you if the nails she did was good enough on your desired length, shape and thickness. I'm a kind of person that doesn't talk much but a very sensitive one but I usually check what finger nails to fix more. I observed that she's focused on her job by working the customers nails. Other tech's was always talking with their other nail techs and not focusing on their work which will cause the undesired work from their customers. That happened to me last time. The second time I went to her was the absolute last time I will ever step foot in there again. I had recently started taking a medication that had caused weight gain & I was feeling pretty down on myself about it. While in the middle of my Brazilian waxing, she asked me if I was pregnant. I told her I wasn't & the weight gain was from a medication I had recently started. As if the initial question wasn't rude & invasive enough, she continued with "are you SURE you're not pregnant?" I again said no & asked that we just finish the waxing. Talk about completely inappropriately rude behaviour & trash customer service. Over a year later & it still humiliatingly brings tears to my eyes that a woman could be so insensitive like that as to comment on another woman's body, knowing the kind of scrutiny we face in society. I have to say that after almost 10 years of sugaring I found the waxing to be WAY less painful, there was a tiny bit of discomfort in an area where there was an ingrown hair from sugaring. Amy was super efficient and clearly knows what she's doing to make the process so pain free!! I honestly would never sugar again! And her prices can't be beat!! I found that with Sugar Moon they would nickel and dime you for everything. I am so so so happy to have found Amy and look forward to future appointments!!

She takes appointments in advance, which is unlike most other eyebrow places. She will also take me last minute if I call ahead, and will tell me if she's busy and cannot see me. Where as, most other places will just tell you to come in regardless of how long of a wait there is and you end up waiting so long to be seen. Very satisfied with her eyebrow threading. Quick and not very painful. Cannot comment on other services as I only come in for brows.

Additionally, she carries the amazing Mila D'Opiz line of skincare: most of which she will special order for you as she doesn't keep a lot of stock on hand (which in turn saves you more $) And speaking of price....now there's no reason NOT to keep those brows waxed/threaded or your feet from looking like something out of The Hobbit. There is a clear section where my hair is orange and no, orange is not a colour that I picked!! Disgusting! I wasted my money going here! The bangs were not at all what I asked for and they look so blunt. Plus she said the colour would last 7 - 8 washes, it washed out the FIRST time I washed my hair after the dye!!
