We had several HUGE yellow jacket nests around our koi pond, making it impossible to enjoy our back patio, safely care for our koi fish, access our hose spigot, or even clean the koi filter. The nests were in an extremely difficult area to reach, but Cody and his staff never gave up until the job was done right! They made multiple trips to our home to ensure every last yellow jacket was gone. Throughout the entire process, Cody kept us informed every step of the way, communicated consistently, and made sure we knew exactly what was happening. They worked efficiently, took great care in thoroughly cleaning up afterward, and, most importantly, were incredibly cautious about protecting our koi fish throughout the entire process. With the nests located right at the pond, this was especially important to us, and we truly appreciated the care and consideration they showed. Despite the difficulty of the job and the numerous trips required, the cost was very reasonable. Cody and his team went above and beyond to resolve our problem, and we could not be happier with the results! On his first visit, he did not spray my backyard, even though I had specifically told him that gnats were biting my dogs' ears. I even sent him a video showing my dogs' ears twitching because of the bites. After repeated requests, he eventually returned and sprayed the backyard. He was supposed to come back in July for my monthly service, but he ignored my phone calls and text messages. When I finally told him I would seek a refund and pursue legal action if necessary, he came to my house that day. During that visit, my security cameras recorded him spraying my patio, pool, back door, hot tub, retaining wall, and even my butterfly bushes--but he never sprayed the backyard. He also failed to spray the side yard. When I confronted him, he admitted he had not sprayed the side yard but insisted he had sprayed the backyard. Instead of treating the backyard after I questioned him, he rolled up his hose and left. During our conversation, he also raised his voice, called me "crazy" and a "madman," and asked, "What is wrong with you?" This was not the first time he had spoken to me that way. I prepaid for six months of service, received only one scheduled treatment, and had to repeatedly ask him to address the areas that needed treatment most. Information was misrepresented, promises were made and not honored, and when questioned, the story changed. That alone is enough reason to look elsewhere. The exterminators were just as problematic. They were pushy, intrusive, and did not respect boundaries once on the property. Their approach felt aggressive rather than professional, and I was made uncomfortable by how forceful they were about access and services. This company does not respect customers, does not communicate honestly, and creates more frustration than solutions. There are far better pest control options in Carroll County that operate with integrity and basic respect.

However, they do a great job working around my schedule. Emergency calls are a cinch as well. I don't have time to drive an hour or so away to set some mouse traps when a tenant is freaking out. So giving them a quick call is both convenient to me and makes the tenant feel better after a quick response.

Inspectors spend less than 5 minutes onsite, going through the motions. Barely spraying, not even making an attempt to understand the problem. To boot, their customer service is terrible and due to an error on their own payment system they sent a $100 bill to collections (thankfully I resolved it after days of waiting for a response). When I emailed to cancel my quarterly service I got a very straightforward response, they didn't even attempt to correct the problem or at the very least understand why I was cancelling. Do not use them. If you don't believe me, read the other reviews. I went with another local company for half the price and they have actually made it a point to understand and treat the problem.
