I was given the gift of a remote starter. had it installed and ever since I've had problems w my car leaving me stranded. I had to replace my starter and even then the car left me stranded. I brought my vehicle back to A&S to disconnect the remote and suddenly my car is back to normal. I asked for a refund, even partial and A&S will not refund. I've been stranded, spent over $1000 in repairs and they still will do nothing but "fix" it. Leaving me alone without a car for more time. I want zero to do w it. Every time I take my car here I get the BEST service! The employees are extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional! First time was 11 years ago when I purchased an automatic car starter and had it installed. It still works like new! I bought a new 2017 truck that needed a stereo upgrade and backup camera. I had done all my own installs in the past, but it was a newer truck and had some weird option combinations, so I knew I was in over my head. I took the truck to A&S to have the stereo and camera install and window tint done. They took the time to go over different options with me and quoted me a price for the install. Not only that, but they got me in the next day and got both the stereo AND tint done! They went over the different features of the radio and had locked out and labeled the windows so I couldn't accidentally put them down before the tint cured. The workmanship was top notch (I am very picky) and I could tell these guys knew what they were doing. Here's where they really stood out, though. They explained that because of the weird options on the truck, the installation was much longer than they expected and they hadn't been able to completely program the integration module. Despite the greater length of time it took, A&S still only charged me the quoted amount. They reached out to the manufacturer, got the proper programming codes, and removed, reprogrammed, and reinstalled the integration module under the initial quote. Now you might say, well, all businesses should do that - and you're right, they should. I can tell you, though, that is not remotely the case for most places - A&S went above and beyond to get things right. I would 100% recommend these guys for anything - you cannot go wrong.
