An appointment for the next day, Friday, was made and confirmed. When asked when they would be showing up, I was told anytime between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Friday came around and I waited, and I waited ... and I waited. 5:00 pm came around and only not did no one showed up to replace my windshield, they did no have the respect and professional courtesy to call to say they would be late or cancel. I lost the entire day waiting when I could have been running errands or doing something productive. Some shit-show company this is.
