Up to $400+ to pull the cams and complete the inspection. I authorized the extra, the hook is set. A$S serivce manager had the integrity to call Ducati ask advice. After a complete inspection, verified I was not missing any keeper rings, all 8, two on each valve, Zero Parts were missing. The factory shared sometimes that happens. Dave at service took amazing care of my baby. NO CHARGE, Dave protected my money, and covered my Uber from from SMF airport. I finished spreading my Dads ashes in the Sierra Madre. A service manager shouldn't just stroll by a customer without asking if they've been helped or if they were doing okay. Brought a vehicle in for small modifications and the parts were already at the business. Took 5 days and when I call in to see if everything is done, they tell me it had been done and "thought" they sent a text letting me know it was ready. Find somewhere else, I won't come back here. The service center is trash with old equipment and dust. Counter space is nonexistent because of how much BS they have on the countertop. No one walks out with you to make sure the vehicle is not damaged, no one to go over what was done, no customer satisfaction whatsoever. Ryan is your only saving grace. Art sucks too

They will sell you a motorcycle with a known design flaw that significantly impacts your riding in a negative way, and not tell you about it. The Triumph Tiger 900 and similar Triumph models will blow significant engine heat directly onto your knees (see owner reviews). And you will have no recourse but to sell the bike at a heavy loss, especially if it was purchased new. Both A&S and Triumph Inc. will describe this defect that makes the bike unridable for some, as a "characteristic". This was my experience at A&S and with Triumph Inc.
