Called dealership had them pick up bikes to service both and get the one bike to run correctly. The van came to pick up the bikes and the guy had a difficult time loading the bikes into the van.I should have stopped him right there and saved me this complete shit show! Watched him grabbing the bikes on the plastics. Just roll them in and strap them in. Bikes come back all scratched up. Seats on the wrong bikes. Her seat is shaved down. Had new batteries installed. One battery is dated as replaced the other no date?Talked to Donnie and he gave me a credit $200. That was strike 1, my bike was back not running again. This time called shop a brought the bike to them. They took pictures of my bike and so did I. Last time they cleaned the carburetor. They rebuilt carburetor this time. They called me asking about my fuel. I had just emptied the tank and had fresh treated non ethanol race fuel in tank. I declined a fuel flush. They flushed my tank and took my fuel Anyway. Pick up bike notice it's dirty scuff on fender. Instead of walking you out to your bike you are picking up they just want your credit card and move you on. I clean bike up find out the tank is scratched at fuel cap. The front lip of the tank is also chipped they claim they did not remove the tank. They removed the tank! Shop denied this. Strike 2, I have photo's ! This bike has maybe 60 miles on it and fill tank by plastic fuel container. I talk to Donnie he said he's doing an investigation? He calls me back saying he will not do anything about it claiming that I'm trying to get over on him. And there are a lot of other dealerships up here In the area. Strike 3, you're out! I was having issues with a strong exhaust smell in the cab of my…read more2013 Chevy Equinox, and was in search for a trustworthy mechanic to take a look and hopefully repair any problems before an upcoming SoCal roadtrip that I was taking with my family. I used Yelp to put a blanket request for the Sacramento area, and Stress Free Auto reached out right away! I was able to take my car in first thing the next morning and was greeted in such a friendly and warm way. Knowing they had a few jobs ahead of me, they called a niiiice Lyft and made sure I got home free of charge! From there the communication was excellent. There were continual texts that provided information about their progress not only with searching for the main problem, but also a general overall inspection of my vehicle. Once complete they sent me an estimate, I called to coordinate which things I wanted repaired/addressed, and they sent over a finalized quote that I signed immediately. It was quick, informative, and quite literally stress free The main problem was a cracked exhaust manifold. Seems like an extensive repair, right? Well, they let me know later that afternoon that they were done! Amazing same day service! Absolutely incredible. It's been a month since the repair and I haven't had any issues. So, in my book, that's a job well done! The only small gripe I have is the cost. Again, it was same day service, so it's understandable that I might have paid more than I would have at another local shop, but they did offer a discount on the initial inspection cost. Some other shops roll the inspection cost into the cost of repairs, but unfortunately Stress Free doesn't do that. Plus, a couple of suggested repairs were somewhat of a laughable cost. If memory serves, they quoted me around $60 to replace wipers. I'm not sure if it was a quote for all 3, or just one, but I spent $15 on a wiper on the way home and installed it myself. Whatever, they are trying to make money! Despite my small price gripe, I will be using Stress Free in the future for any vehicle concerns I have!

Avoid this shop at all cost! I took my 2017 Kia Sorento to this shop to be diagnosed because my…read morecheck engine light was on. I paid $140 for a diagnostic which I thought was reasonable. No problems. Rhey came back and stated it could be my tining chain or a pin on the engine that is commonly messed up in these engines. I paid an ADDITIONAL $500 for that. That pin indeed was not broken and it was decided it was my timing chain. I had an appointment to drop my car off May 4 to be fixed. Because of their vendor not having the part delivered in time I had to wait to May 8 to drop the car off. May 10th Naomi called and stated the part was the wrong part and it was being ordered. Finally May 14 I picked up the car and paid $2850 roughly - engine time set, engine timing cover gasket set, engine water pump gasket, engine oil pan gasket, and coolant is what i was charged for and what was replaced. I did receive a discount because I have a Costco membership. 5 weeks later June 24, my car shuts off. Won't turn on. I popped the hood- white smoke comes out. I checked my oil- nothing was on the dipstick. Complete dry. I added oil in hopes it would turn the car on and nope didn't help. I called STRESSFUL auto and I had it towed to their shop that night. Thursday June 25 someone from their location called regarding what needed to be done. Other than that noone called me. I had to call and follow up. They were very nonchalant. Very dismissive which I felt was extremely unprofessional and rude considering I spent almost $4000 not even 2 months ago and they were professional and kind or so I thought. Friday June 26 around 2 pm I called their corporate office only to receive a call back from the location which told Me it was my fault and my engine burned 5 quarts Of oil in 5 weeks or so. I told them I was contacting Better Business Bureau which his response was - that isn't necessary. I picked my car up from the today June 28 and asked for their findings of what caused so much oil to burn since that was their explanation .Their findings had nothing except the engine is seized. No explanation. No reason on why or what could have caused it. Mistakes happen. Take accountability and fix your mistakes. Avoid this place at all cost!

I hired him to…read morereplace the battery on my 2010 Honda Civic and inspect several parts that a dealer had claimed were leaking and needed to be replaced. He inspected them and showed me how each one was clean, dry, and completely fine. He then inspected the rest of the engine compartment and the undercarriage and showed me that it was all in great shape. Finally, he noticed that a previous mechanic had removed the plastic shroud for my front wheel wells and failed to install new clips to secure the shroud afterward. I had wondered about the gap he noticed for years, but I didn't realize it was anything other than wear and tear. He replaced the clips for no extra charge. I know it seems like a small thing, but to me, it speaks clearly to Roland's character: I believe he genuinely cares about doing right by his customers and taking good care of their cars. When I asked him about some issues with electronic parts on my car (e.g. a digital dashboard display), he let me know that his area of focus was mechanical service and advised me to take my car to an electrical auto shop. I was grateful that he knew the limits of his expertise, communicated them clearly, and stuck to them. I felt his quoted price was quite reasonable, and even after he performed more work than requested (still within about a 1-hour time slot), he stuck to his original price quote. I am very happy with the service he provided and the price I paid! I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Rolland came to my house and went straight to working on the fuse box without having made sure the…read morehigh voltage system of my Prius C was disconnected. Major red flag #1. He spent 40 minutes prying at different parts and trying to forcefully remove my fuse box to get to the 100A fusible link that I had to tell him was located beneath and the assembly had to be unbolted to get to it from underneath. After 40 minutes of painfully watching him attempt to force things open. I politely asked him to stop as it was obvious he didn't know what he was doing and broke a few components off my housing. I tried calling him to let him know of the damages. He denied responsibility and said he was only at my house for 5 minutes. He told me to never contact him again and failed to respond to the before and after photos I sent. Do not trust this shady business. What went from a lb easy replacement of a 100A that I could have done myself but did not have the time to do so, resulted in several hundred dollars of parts in addition to more for labor due to gross incompetence. DO NOT TRUST HIM!
