Called dealership had them pick up bikes to service both and get the one bike to run correctly. The van came to pick up the bikes and the guy had a difficult time loading the bikes into the van.I should have stopped him right there and saved me this complete shit show! Watched him grabbing the bikes on the plastics. Just roll them in and strap them in. Bikes come back all scratched up. Seats on the wrong bikes. Her seat is shaved down. Had new batteries installed. One battery is dated as replaced the other no date?Talked to Donnie and he gave me a credit $200. That was strike 1, my bike was back not running again. This time called shop a brought the bike to them. They took pictures of my bike and so did I. Last time they cleaned the carburetor. They rebuilt carburetor this time. They called me asking about my fuel. I had just emptied the tank and had fresh treated non ethanol race fuel in tank. I declined a fuel flush. They flushed my tank and took my fuel Anyway. Pick up bike notice it's dirty scuff on fender. Instead of walking you out to your bike you are picking up they just want your credit card and move you on. I clean bike up find out the tank is scratched at fuel cap. The front lip of the tank is also chipped they claim they did not remove the tank. They removed the tank! Shop denied this. Strike 2, I have photo's ! This bike has maybe 60 miles on it and fill tank by plastic fuel container. I talk to Donnie he said he's doing an investigation? He calls me back saying he will not do anything about it claiming that I'm trying to get over on him. And there are a lot of other dealerships up here In the area. Strike 3, you're out! Donnie is absolutely correct there are many other dealerships don't waste your time at this dealership! To reach out to me at this point don't bother. You wasted enough of my time

Jessica helped me tremendously. I had been calling around to find a bolt and she was the first…read moreperson to ask the right questions to determine which one I would actually need. No else asked about diameter or thread styles. She's very knowledgeable not only about their hardware but details about their stock as well. I asked a simple question about a battery charger and she had it already pulled up with stock info and pricing, by the time I was done asking. She even gave recommendations on parts based off her own experience. She was courteous and extremely efficient in helping me. Thank you Jessica for all your help and going that extra distance. I'll definitely return because of her.

Never been treated so badly in an auto parts store. I'll Try…read moreto keep it brief. Needed an axle nut socket, while in the middle of a job, google not much help. I know it was between a 35 or 36mm. Google wasn't any help on the size, employee didn't care to help figuring it out, fine, not their job. I purchased a 35 mil socket, went over to my job, put it up to the nut, it's a 36, yes my fault it's the wrong size. Walked over wanting to return the socket and purchase a 36mm, employee takes my socket and goes back, comes back out a few minutes later and says I can't return it. I did not remove any packaging, I did not put any tools on it, it never actually went over an axle nut. I did not use it. Manager comes out, says I can not return it in "that condition" it's still in brand new condition. He says it's got oil on it, we'll impact sockets come oiled from manufacturing to fight corrosion. Manager then says I should have used a caliper to measure the axle nut if I had any experience. They didn't let me exchange the socket for a 36mm and kept arguing claiming the socket was used even though I never remover the packaging and never connected a ratchet or impact to it. I went over to autozone and they sold me a socket for half the price and let me know if there's any issues they will take care of me 100%. I will never ever buy from Napa again. Thank you for this experience .
