I also asked over the phone if I needed an appointment, he said no. Now that I am here in person ( I drove from Santa Paula) to see if they can take care of it , he said I needed an appointment. I told him that's not what you said over the phone. He claims he never said that... he was being a smart ass when I was asking questions. Why give warranties if you are going to be acting so rudely! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND take your money else where! Also their sign in the front says "no appointment necessary" he said that is old and they don't go by that! You should remove it!

I needed to get one of my rear windows re-tinted because I accidentally damaged it during our move. One window probably took under 30/40 minutes but felt quicker since I was reminiscing to the owner about how my dad used to go to him back in the day. The price of the back window was $35 but another $20 to remove the old tint. I think that was a good price seeing other places charging ridiculous amount. I take all my cars including referring my friends and family to go here. I've never had a problem in all my years I've been going here.

After hearing their recommendation I went with what I thought was a "lighter" tint to protect my sons from the sun. I have to say although I initially thought the tint was a bit too light on the samples they showed me, the actual darkness of the tint came out perfect in the end! I paid about $220 for all of my windows. Took about 4 hours to get done. My windows have been beat up my kids and they still look like the day I got it done. I would not complain to have paid double for the quality of work they do. My only initial concern was there were little "bubbles" for 2-3 days after the job was done. They told me this was normal and sure enough it dried just fine. One of my kids was hitting my back window with a metal light saber over and over and the tint didn't even chip or peel. Great work! Informed me about the ceramic tint they carry and the cooling effects it has compared to regular tint. He had a display comparing both ceramic tint and regular tint under a light and there is a noticeable difference with the ceramic tint being cooler in temperature! I went with the ceramic tint, much more beneficial in keeping the car cooler! Fast work, good price!

I purchased a set of power steps for my 2-door Jeep through Pro-Sports and had them installed…read morethere. Joey set it up and took care of the installation when they arrived. He even went so far as to give me a ride home when i dropped my Jeep off for the install. The installation was perfect, but the steps had a defective module. Ultimately, the manufacturer sent me a replacement module and electronic harness for the setup, and I went back to Pro-Sports to have the switch made. Joey and crew knocked out the reinstallation in less than two hours, and so far so good. In any event, Joey suggested I reach out to the manufacturer to see if I could get reimbursed for the cost of the reinstallation, and the company actually sent me a check for the full amount. Pro-Sports, as personified by Joey, was friendly and patient as we worked through the issue with the steps, including trying a number of "fixes" suggested by the manufacturer before we realized it was the module. I appreciate all they did.

I went to Benny's shop last minute to get my front tints done after getting a horrible tint job…read moredone by someone else. I'm not sure why this place isn't under the Yelp's radar, but I'm glad I found them! I always pass this place all the time, but never got to stop by until now. Edgar (who fixing the tints on the picture) helped me right off the bat. He examined the damaged tints and started right away. The shop has a machine to get a precise cut for any type of car so there was no time wasted on doing it the old fashion way. The time Edgar took felt like 35-45 minutes just for the front, from removing the old tints, cleaning up the windows, and carefully putting on the new tints. Honestly, I didn't have to wait long. If you live around the area, I would highly recommend them! The wait isn't long like the other tint shops. I'm glad I didn't have to keep driving with crappy tints and I was able to get them fixed the same day. Edgar was friendly, he understood my situation, and made me feel welcomed!
