What a mistake! He was condescending, arrogant, rude and apparently unknowledgeable. I live in an older mobile home with an old, inadequate, extremely expensive to run, package unit and seeking to install a mini split system, which I conveyed to Jeff. He referred to my home as a "tin can" and stated I probably wouldn't even see a $10 drop in electrical costs by switching to a mini split. I stated I had been researching for more efficient options which he negated. He almost laughed and told me that switching to an off brand $400 mini split was a mistake. I stated that I was only researching the better brands and he almost laughed again. He also stated I would have to pay about $1500 more for an electrician for whatever he installed, since he wasn't licensed. He laughing told me to keep researching. The permits for the HOA and the Orange County came in very fast and they literally scheduled us within two weeks. I was extremely pleased with the crew. They showed up every morning at 6:30 in the morning and they left at 7:30 at night and it took about two weeks. I had a major concern with the open-ended nature of the contract regarding extras, but we were able to work it out in a very nice fashion with compromising respect. After they were finished the Orange County roofing inspector came and borrowed my ladder to go up on the roof and said it's the best roof he's ever seen. I have been through several heavy downpour and so far no leaks so I figure it's good for many years. A couple of things needed to be finished up and they came back and finished everything up with a very professional fashion. I was so pleased. I fed them every day. I would highly recommend this company. Hunter and Jim answered all my questions in a very timely fashion both before during and after which is a big deal to me. They have serviced this system at least 10 times for a multitude of problems of there own making. Wrong ducting to the rooms at each end of house (ie) 4 bedrooms. Hardly any air movement what so ever. We paid for 8 " ducts but got 6". The latest is it keeps popping a 5 amp fuse in the system, so they said the thermostat wire needed to be replaced ( which was supposed to be done at install of a COMPLETE install. My house is subfloor , wire is about 35' easy to do and they want 600 dollars. I'm done with Cunningham. PAY HEED

He immediately told me it was a simple fix and, almost before I could write out the check and bring it to him, he was done. He showed me what he did, explaining that he also greased this and that and fixed the door's tension. He was so pleasant and helpful. If he represents the type of people working for Magic Overhead Doors, I wouldn't go anywhere else. On another note, now I can pull our door up just as easily as if it were new. I asked for several business cards. He told me he has a sticker with his company's name and phone number to place on the door if I need help in the future.
