On another occasion, I had a follow up question after the first use of the fireplace of the year and they were responsive, helpful, and even sent a team member out to confirm everything was functioning properly. I saw the photos of the debris on the shelf and inside the chimney!! The other company removed Half of a 5 gallon bucket of debris. And they showed me a nail or screw one damper that was not secured during the first cleaning. So I am very disappointed - did JCS even do anything? Oh, and I paid double to JCS rather than the second company for the same services. TLDR: I do not recommend JCS

It had black streaks all over it and made the five year old roof look like it needed to be replaced. I spoke with Stephen because when they did the first house wash the smell bothered me so we planned to do the roof (which he said the smell would be stronger) when we were on vacation. They also cleaned the gutters. All I can say is WOW! The roof looks brand new! Not one black streak was left and it lightened the whole roof back to the original Weathered Wood color.
