The options are Apple juice, coconut water, almond milk or water. We almost always choose coconut water as it's a great source of electrolytes AND tastes absolutely delicious with any of the smoothies using tropical fruits. They also have a delicious Apple cider tea! It's always out (hot and fresh), they have about 4 different varieties and they allow free samples. I love the clove and ginger flavor and my husband loves the ginger honey flavor. You can purchase this as an individual cup or as a half gallon or gallon option. I'd definitely recommend HK Supermarket due to its excellent inventory. Just remember to come before it closes since it usually shuts down around 7-8pm.
