I have noticed a really strong smell inside the car since I first got her and nothing made it go away. I had it looked at a couple of times to be sure it wasn't engine related and used air fresheners. Finally I decided to see if a good cleaning would get rid of it. Tracy was awesome and 100% honest the whole time. She tested the air quality inside to be sure I wasn't poisoning myself and then researched why the car might have that smell. Turns out it was something they used in production in VWs. Unfortunately there is no way to get rid of the smell completely but she did an amazing job of cleaning her up. Took my vehicle in for an oil change as I have done before.However this time the individuals…read moreworking were not properly trained and or knowledgeable.( severely lacking what to do or not do! My vehicle has a mixture of nitrogen and oxygen in the tires.The valve stems are clearly identified as such.Never had a problem in the past! During the oil change a young man came out to the waiting area and started that I have a problem with my tires. He tried to check the air pressure and was unable to.( Air??? just blew out with no reading ) Due to the incompetence of this individual it cost me $160.00 to repair the damage done. I will NEVER take a chance going there ever again!
