I have noticed a really strong smell inside the car since I first got her and nothing made it go away. I had it looked at a couple of times to be sure it wasn't engine related and used air fresheners. Finally I decided to see if a good cleaning would get rid of it. Tracy was awesome and 100% honest the whole time. She tested the air quality inside to be sure I wasn't poisoning myself and then researched why the car might have that smell. I purchased the package and decided to cancel before it renewed. I followed the instructions on the website and successfully canceled 2 days before the expiration date. My credit card was charged anyway. I called the 800 number and waited over 10 minutes 2x for someone to answer...never happened. I sent an email and was informed that I was supposed to cancel a week prior to my renewal date. There would be no refund forthcoming. This is unacceptable in this day and age. Shame on me for not knowing the rules, lesson learned. The lesson, I will no longer patronize the business. I will spread the word far and wide of this experience. Customer service is cold and uncaring.
