I sent an email and was informed that I was supposed to cancel a week prior to my renewal date. There would be no refund forthcoming. This is unacceptable in this day and age. Shame on me for not knowing the rules, lesson learned. The lesson, I will no longer patronize the business. I will spread the word far and wide of this experience. Customer service is cold and uncaring.
