EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE…read more I called Arrow Auto Glass after considering Safelite just to see how their prices compared and I'm very glad I did- Being over $100 cheaper in addition to the fact that they didn't charge more for coming to you to get it fixed (rather than having to go to them), I was ecstatic. The woman I spoke to on the phone to schedule an appointment was very pleasant and informative and was able to set me up with an appointment even the next day! The technician who replaced my windshield called promptly in the morning to inform me of when he was coming and he showed up in that time period and was finished within an hour. He was very nice and worked efficiently. Windshield was nicely replaced, made sure to cleanly put the registration and inspection stickers back on and even made sure to reinstall my EZ-Pass. Great service, I really appreciated what they did and I would go back to them again.

Sure they tell your at the beginning that the color could be slightly off but night and day is a different story. Then they give you a bunch of excuses and at the end of the day they did re paint it. Still is perfect but is close enough. We only went there because we were pretty much forced by our insurance company since liberty stopped dealing with Spragues collision down the street. That's too bad because they do awesome work and actually repaired the same care and never had a bit of trouble matching the pearl white on the 2021 sante fe calligraphy. The managers must think people are blind and won't notice the color difference. If you drive something with any value don't go there they will mess your car up
