Nothing too fancy just a basic laundromat with washers, dryers, snack & pop machine and 2 arcade games. I usually try to get here early to make sure I get in and out before the crowd starts to come. The small parking lot can fill up pretty fast if don't get here early. The parking is crazy and be sure to get there in order to get a cart for your clothes. This is one of my fav places to come to wash and dry my clothes. Nice location and friendly attendants. They tried to make sure it's clean for their customers. I've never had an complaint since coming here in 3 years. The washers and dryers always seems to work properly. read more

It would be nice if the owner could have employees clean the inside of the dryers on the back wall of dryers as brown stuff makes your clothes turn brown or put brown stuff on your clothes. The washer dispensers need to be cleaned out every evening prior to the next day as there is detergent or softeners inside those dispensers. I have been going there for 5 years only due to where I live and no facilities in my building. Lastly, a vinegar wash will help with the gook and smell of laundry when everyone washes with different detergents behind one another. The people there are nice and helpful when you need them. Once updates are made, I will make another review. read more

Horrible service. This is the second time I've tried this laundry mat and wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt but there is this one lady who is super rude, she has black hair and I think always has her hair in a bun. But I asked her for help and gave me an attitude right away the first time I came and the second time I came raised her voice at me when I asked her for help and snatched my card out of my hand. Horrible customer service. Don't suggest coming here. read more

Typical laundromat washers are 3.75 dryers .25 for every 10 minutes, had two loads of clothes I had to get done asap took about just 1 hour. The parking lot is a nightmare however you may want to get dropped off and have someone come back for you when the wash is done. I would also bring so wipes to clean folding surfaces and your hands after touching various surfaces, I saw one lady open mouth sneezed into a dryer. I mean fluid flying into the dryer and then she wiped her nose with her hand and went about her business (No I avoid that area altogether) So very typical laundromat. read more

Been using this laundromat for a couple years. Basic laundry. But there is a new employee that really keeps it clean. He opens the doors for customers and goes the extra mile by offering incoming customers in the parking lot carts. Jamal is a welcome addition. read more

Just okay. Lots of washers and dryers; however, a lot of people come here. So, its always crowded. The parking situation is terrible. People are so ridiculous when they park in the tiny lot, so its impossible to get a spot half the time. Not too many laundry carts, so that's inconvenient. Otherwise, always have working chain machines, and there is always an attendant there. So, it's decent. Not the best and not the worst. read more

Dirties laundromat. Dirty floors. Dirty washers, yes, I have found dirty underwear probably from someone who decided to switch washers. The washers detergent dispensers are so dirty with old detergent and softener, clothes don't smell anything like the type of detergent I used. Dirty dryers with gym shoes marks inside. Dirty dryers that you have to fee at least 3 times for the clothes to completely dry. Dirty tables, people sometimes eat on them and no one wipes them down. The lady is always on the phone and if you interrupt her to let her know the floors are too dirty and mud everywhere she gets upset. She's on the phone all the time, you will think she's talking to you every time she walks by. I have seen the customers move the dirt away to the side with their shoes because the floor is too dirty. the same laundry carts we use for our clothes, they use to get the garage out. I have no complaints about this laundromat. The staff is cordial, its 24 hours, and if you get there early enough you won't have problems. Its a pretty popular location though. I got there today, a Wednesday morning at 8:30 and there were already about 10 people in. I was still able to wash and dry with no problems. They have 8 small load washers (1.75) and they are usually occupied. I never really need anything bigger than that. The washers start at $1.75 for smaller loads, 2.50 and 3.50 for medium $5 for larger ones. Drying starts at .25 for 10 mins, .50 for 20 mins, etc. Just add as many quarters you need. For larger loads its best to break them up to dry because they'll dry faster vs stuffing all the clothes in a few dryers. read more

I Always give people the benefit of the doubt, but this place which i did give them the benefit of the doubt, they seem to not want to address the situation, almost a month ago now which they still have our 2 blankets and a pillow which were burnt from there dryer, we immediately addressed the situation with the staff on duty that day, which they said the owners are very fair, which we thought would be the case, not the case, we have called numerous times to talk to the owner and try to come up with a solution, on numerous times we are told they were not here or they will call back, one case the owner was there and was told she is busy and will call back, that was two weeks ago, i don't understand we have been very reasonable customer and have been ignored would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Typical 24/7 laundromat. Ive been here once before to wash blankets, this time our dryer is out so we had to resort to this place. The dryers are not free which sucked and the attendant was kinda creepy. Dont think i'll be back to wash blankets here. read more

This laundromat is kept clean and the attendants are very helpful. I choose to come here versus my family's house (free) because I get my laundry done quickly and the machines really get my things clean. They have three kinds of change machines and an ATM. The parking lot can be cramped depending on how busy it is, but it's a small price to pay. Use the google time schedule if you want to avoid the crowds. read more

I regret giving them my business because I can go anywhere. I'll just say this: when I walked in the owner said, "What?" With a real rude tone. No hello, no hi, just "what?" I had never stepped in there. I was taken aback but smiled it off. I wanted a comforter washed. I knew he gauged me with the price but I just wanted it done. So I said okay. When I picked it up, rude lady says, "cash only." There are no signs nothing. So I said oh, it doesn't say anywhere cash only. She said, "did you ask?" Here's the thing: when you give a company business, expect courteous treatment. Expect it. Otherwise businesses will keep walking all over you. Boycott with your dollar. read more
