Furthermore, despite my upfront communication about budget constraints, Emil insisted on providing additional services and assured me that payment could be deferred until a later date. However, he later harassed me and threatened legal action over a mere $200, which he previously agreed could be paid at a later time. Additionally, Emil's behavior exhibited concerning signs of potential drug abuse, which only added to the stress and uncertainty of dealing with him. In light of this, I want to make it clear to Emil that any attempt to harass me before Monday, when I can pay him the $200, will result in legal action. I have already alerted the police department, and further harassment will lead to consequences. It's unfortunate that our business relationship has come to this, but I will not tolerate any form of harassment or intimidation.
