Dr. John provided outstanding care that brought significant improvement to my neck issues. As a military member on TriCare, I paid over $600 out of pocket for treatment until my condition was resolved. After reaching remission, I occasionally returned for check-ups--not just for maintenance, but also to catch up with Dr. John and Jen, who were always kind and welcoming. Recently, while in town on military orders, I called to schedule a simple check-up. To my surprise, I was told that wasn't possible. Despite being a previous patient with paperwork on file, I was informed that I'd have to start the entire process over again, including the full out-of-pocket cost--another $600-$700. I explained I just wanted a routine check-in, but was told that wasn't an option. It left me feeling like the model here is: pay a high cost for short-term relief, and if you ever need further care--even as a returning patient--be prepared to pay again. That's disheartening, especially for those of us on limited military healthcare plans. What started as a positive experience ended with disappointment, making me question whether patient wellness or revenue is the priority.

This "Dr Chad" went out of town and had his landlord handle his clients or should I say mishandle, when I left that day my back felt a little funny, within 2 hours I could not get off the couch, I was like that for at least 10 days. I could not shower I could hardly go to the bathroom or feed myself. When I told "Dr Chad" that I prefer not to have any more adjustments to my neck and back.
