RUN to any other dealer! Do NOT buy a car from here! And if…read moreyou did get a shitty car from them, file a complaint with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles and sue for deceptive trade practices, even if you signed an "AS IS" document. This place needs to be shut down. Used cars shitty cars, but according to National Auto Mall, it's the same thing. I suggest you keep a record of the dates, phone calls, paperwork, and text messages, like I've done. We were sold a 2018 Ford Explorer, about 4 months ago, and before we even drove it off the lot, WE discovered an A/C leak (#1). They agreed in writing to fix it before the promised day, but we couldn't pick it up for over a week because they kept making excuses. When my 18-year-old brother finally picked it up, it didn't even make it home from Merritt Island to Melbourne before the exhaust pipe exploded (#2). They took it back. After it was returned, the check engine light came on because of a cylinder 3 misfire (#3), so back it went again. At that point it was already on a spare because the tire (#4) had gone flat on the highway from a sidewall gash. I told them I wanted out of the contract because I no longer felt the car was safe, but Andre said to just keep bringing it back and if it kept having problems we could "talk" about another vehicle. They claimed to fix the misfire by replacing some spark plugs and put a tire back on. We later discovered it was the same tire, apparently plugged through the sidewall instead of replaced, and put back on the car without telling us. They now claim they have no recollection of doing that, even though you can still see the plugs hanging out of the tire. It needed to be completely replaced and was done at our own expense somewhere else. Now the vehicle needs oxygen sensors (#5), and this time they're making us pay. They're also saying the catalytic converter (#6) is so rusted they may break it trying to replace one sensor, and if they do, they won't replace what they break. What's interesting is they kept the vehicle for weeks after the misfire to do a "full diagnostic," yet somehow never mentioned a severely rusted catalytic converter or any of these other issues. ANDRE the manager, keeps lying and dismissing everything as "used car problems." problems that should have been repaired before the vehicle was sold. But a used car isn't an excuse for repeated mechanical failures and safety issues from day one. Don't be fooled by his fake persona, he's not 'working with you', he's just trying to cover his ass and while he says "he understands the frustration", he won't do the right thing. Don't go to salesman JEFF, who sat there pointing to his WWJD tattoo, and then turned around and sold somebody a fucked-up car. Hey Jeff, Jesus wouldn't do that. Just fyi. And I wouldn't let mechanic leader, ARTEMIS anywhere near your vehicle. They don't want to give you repair paperwork unless you demand multiple times, and Andre even admitted they "can make up anything and put it in the system." They'll deny doing unsafe work and watch an 18-year-old drive away on it. If you care about your safety, or your family's, go ANYWHERE else.

BE AWARE OF A PLACE THAT GOES BY; several names including : Recycling, Orlando Auto Parts and Recycling. CLass 7 Auto, and many others. THe scammers go by the names of Ashley, Rodrigo, Edwardo, and George. I called around for prices and hearts was NOT the best; but they kept calling. Saying they could do a better price. SPoke with George who knew paperwork was in another state, knew condition of car, knew the time frame we needed to work in. He offered me MORE money than my highest offer I had gotten. Day for pick up came, Even after 6 phone calls, being ASSURED they would be there, my son sat 2 HOURS and they never showed. I spoke to George all the way up until 10 mins to 5. Then went to VM. NExt Day George conveniently wasn't there!!! That day spoke with Rodrigo as well as Ashley, 5 times. They were STILL late for a scheduled pick up, and THEN the Driver got in the phone and he and Ashley decide it would be $130 LESS than the offer George gave, siting "paperwork was needed" paperwork already discussed with George. Driver wrote HOLD on car and said IT WOULD NOT BE CRUSHED the next, and handed my son $400.!!!! When George was contacted the following day, he said, "well depends on condition of car", I said "same condition I talked to you about, including paperwork". He says "I'm sorry, but we have the car now!!" No offer to make it better, no apology, no offer to send money HE PROMISED. FLIM FLAM MAN AND AGENCY. LOOK AT COMMENTS IN YELP (I wish I had). GREAT RATINGS YEARS AGO....,. Not so much now. The have a number of different numbers and business names!!! PLEASE DO NOT BE SCAMMED LIKE I WAS!!!! IF I could give NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD.

They called back immediately and a very rude girl tried to get me to schedule a pick up of my vehicle. I stated that I was out of state and would call Monday when I was home. The girl then proceeded to tell me we could schedule for Monday. I again repeated that I would call them. They then called me the next day at 7:52am (did not answer as I was asleep), then proceeded to show up at my residence at 9:30am and try to take my car. They parked in the back of my house with a tow truck & proceeded to take photos of my car. My husband indicated that I was not home & he did not feel comfortable releasing the car. When I called this company to explain what happened, the same dumb rude girl answered the phone & proceeded to call me a liar because I "didn't have a drivers name". I have him on camera, saying the name of his employer, showing my husband a text he received telling him to come to my home. Apparently they don't begin work until 8am... so please explain the call at 7:52am?? The girl then proceeded to tell me that there was no one else I could speak with when I indicated that she was being very rude & I would like a supervisor. Then she hung up in my face! I called back and spoke to a nicer lady who apologized and explained the situation. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM cause obviously they don't know how to hire employees who know what the hell they are doing.
