Josh was incredibly personable, answered all of my questions and was sure that I completely understood everything he shared with me. He genuinely cares about the people he trains I can tell! I left feeling more confident in my knowledge and skills brought back up. Obviously I will continue training as with this it is vital to keep sharp, but I am so glad I went through Josh! All of the good reviews you see about him are true! And if you take a look at the picture, that is my first shot in over 6 months under his instruction! (I think it's pretty good) For all of you wanting to brush up your skills, at any level- go through Josh! You won't regret it!

From the beginning correspondence with Cody was great, and he met me at my home, quoting me just over half of what my longtime family mechanic wanted to charge for the same job . I was a little skeptical that he could pull off for that much, but three months later my car is running perfectly - even better than before all of the problems started! I am so grateful that a friend of mine recommended Cody to me, and I wholeheartedly do the same for anyone else considering working with him! You are in good hands and won't regret it! Thanks Cody!

Over the years we have purchased 4 riding mower and chain saw from Boyd's. Have a some repair work…read moredone previously. However, in the last week, our son took one of the mowers that we had purchased there in to get analyzed for blades not engaging. Service slip stated to check out and to call before doing any work. There was a throttle cable replaced without authorization and then stated maybe the carburetor needed to be replaced. Son had already put on a new carburetor. Asked if the original problem had been checked out - No, blades still didn't engage. The mower was returned with the new throttle cable removed, a new hole in the deck for some reason and a swing arm on the mower broken. And - no answer to mower problem. Unfortunately, I was…read morenot a happy camper because I had to wait full two months to get a new rear wheel replaced because they said they couldn't get the wheel because it was not available anymore. So they ended up using a wheel for a different brand of mower to replace the broken one. My mower was finally fixed after waiting two months. Meanwhile, on July 2026 I returned there again because the two rear wheels on the mower busted and were no good. One of these wheels they recently replaced back in May. This time they first told me the rear wheels couldn't get ordered because they are not available. I requested Minneapolis Saw to get rid of the lawn mower and I would buy a new one. They did not do as I asked. Instead, I find out a few days later that they were able to order the wheels in. I find this out after spending $600 on a new mower. Now, I am paying the full cost of fixing the old mower which ran around $226 after parts and labor. This was a terrible experience for myself because these idiots changed their story. All I get is the runaround. They say one thing and mean another. I would strongly advise customers to go elsewhere for any repairs.
