He's easy to work with, he's smart so he can you help along the way, the work is done fast, he provides a great product for more than a fair price and he's easy to get ahold of, pretty much all the stuff you hate when going with a big company. I came to him with a just a sketch and within 10 mins we had a product ready to be made... I had it made, and it turned out even better than I imagined and cheaper than I thought too. I also had like 6 CADs made and same thing showed him some sketches and within that same week I was getting the CADs back and they perfect, think I had to make one tiny correction on one but that pretty good since I had 6.
