Jim and his assistant, Andrew are friendly and very knowledgeable. I took an old, rusty .22 Ruger pistol to Jim's for repair one day and it was repaired, cleaned, and test fired by the next day. The charge was $40, including parts. I was so impressed, I brought Jim my very old and very rusty 30-40 Krag rifle a few days later expecting him to tell me it was no longer worthy of repair. He totally cleaned all the rust off, fixed the frozen sights, lubricated the action, and test fired it. Again, all in 24 hours and for $70. He also provided me with a record of the gun's manufacture and history. I was very impressed with the professionalism of both Jim and Andrew and highly recommended their services based on both quality of their work and their reasonable prices. read more
