We found Jack's card at Cafe 260 and gave him a call, which he promptly returned, which is unusual for service businesses in Payson. Our house sits on an acre of decomposing granite and hard rock up a fairly steep incline and had never been maintained since the house was built in 2000. Jack and his crew cleared the dead trees, agave and other cactus, tullies and debris. They removed cat's claw and trimmed the manzanita and healthy trees. Then they raked, blew and swept the property they had cleared. What a difference! Jack will be back to build the water dams in the creek, install steps up the hill to our viewing place and finish the top half of the acre.
