They quit making the style of brick we had, but 4GM matched it up with something very close. When we sold the house in 2020, the realtors didn't even notice the work until we disclosed it in the paperwork. When we inventoried all the repairs and touchups over the years, the brickwork from 4GM was the best bang for the buck by far.

A week has past and no response. I had another very bad experience last year with another concrete person and Ramos seemed to follow the same path, so I am backing off. The $3K did not include materials. It is not a big job, and I have done this myself in past homes. As you can see in his response below that he never intended to follow-up yet lead me to believe he would send an estimate and to send him pictures. Why say that with no intention to follow-up. amazing how a negative review gets immediate attention.

The forms were simply not laid correctly. I called him and he showed up to discuss it. We agreed on a plan to fix and he said he would come back to do so. He never showed, never called. It's not been fixed. He got paid $2k from my 80 year old mother who's on a fixed income. He seemed nice enough, but obviously lacking integrity. His rating with BBB should be a "D" rather than "A."
