The price for doing the work was comparable to other quotes we had gotten and Perry and indeed everyone was very knowledgeable about the siding, Hardie plank, we wanted installed. The crew couldn't have been nicer. The site manager was there to answer any questions. They were very respectful of our needs and worked very hard to get the job done before the holidays. As I was home most days, I saw the high quality of craftsmanship the workmen put into the job. They were not only interested in getting the job done but making sure everything was done right, our house looked beautiful and at the end we were happy. I would recommend Giant to anyone.

Tiles removed, cabinets removed, walls cut out, plumbing lines replaced...it was a Disaster. 2 things went our way (1) the insurance company covered all costs (2) Darrell and his team handled the entire job, start to finish. We didn't have to call a bunch of different contractors in, they handled it all, even helped us work with the insurance company and came in on budget (which is unheard of) Darrell and his very competent and meticulous staff, especially Zsolt, not only solved the mystery of the leak but fixed it in a timely manner and made all necessary wall, tile, etc repairs. You would never know any work was done. Darrell made numerous inspections of the work to insure all was in order and we were satisfied with the work ... which we definitely were. Our house and our lives are back in order (actually better than before). We are posting this review to let others know there is a contractor that actually knows what he is doing, who you can actually trust to do what he says, who actually cares about his customers. We went with BioClean despite having a cheaper quote elsewhere. Unfortunately, the day of our job was a nightmare. The workers arrived 1 hr 10 minutes late without any phone call. This was after we made multiple calls to inquire why they were late. I received about four different excuses as to why they were late. Truthfully, the excuses did not help and it was the lack of professionalism and respect for our time that really upset us. Additionally, I felt the office staff spoke to me very unprofessionally with one person telling me he was "sick as shit" which is just an unprofessional way to speak to a customer. Additionally, there was a lack of communication between the inspector, the office, and the work team about the expectations for our project. In the end, they did rectify the situation by adjusting our final price. however, the day was still a major headache and we do not plan to work with this company again nor would i recommend them to anyone. we have had plenty of work done in our home and have never had such an unprofessional experience.
