I understand that things happen and appointments sometimes get missed. However, missing two scheduled appointments with absolutely no call, text, or communication is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Taking time out of my day twice to meet with someone who simply doesn't show up shows a complete lack of respect for a potential customer's time. If this is how they handle basic scheduling and communication before even becoming a customer, it does not give much confidence in how they operate their business. Very disappointing experience.

Clipped her up front, they win, you lose if no good as with us. Who knows, they said their chemicals are safe for dogs as WEENMAN, yet nothing in writing, I wonder why. Because they have not killed any weeds on two visits, there is, of course, an issue. Going to pass flyers out to all our neighbors about this bait/switch

Patrick came out for the estimate, owned all the equipment, was very reasonable with pricing, finished the project within 2 weeks from the quote and even threw in extra top soil. I had a "grind and seal" project on the concrete floor of my 2.5 car, 60-year-old garage. It was…read moredamaged from road salt and spalling. The biggest part was sorting through stuff, junk and dust, and making six trips in my SUV to the Lock Up. After clean-up I used a 50-lb sack of Quikrete self-leveling re-surfacer to repair about 25% of the floor, another big part of the job. I did some grinding with a 4.5" angle grinder. Once Abarca and I agreed on a price and date, they delivered as promised. They ground and sanded the entire floor in less than a day. The next day I vacummed the top half of the garage, then swept and vacuumed the bottom half, then washed the floor with TSP, a garden hose and floor floor squeegee. Two days later the floor was dry enough for me to apply the sealer with a roller. In a few hours it was pretty dry but the next day I applied a second coat. Now it's time to make the six trips to the Lock Up to get my stuff back. If I had it all to do over again, I would also contract with Abarca for the work with the Quikrete; there's a lot of effort and know-how involved. We're now discussing another concrete project in the back of my house. Gabriel was easy to work with throughout.
