I must say this was one of thee best laundry mat experiences I've had in a long time. Let me share…read moremy review: I currently have awesome house keepers but they don't do laundry which really sucks because that's my biggest downfall being a busy working mom. Needless to say I racked up on like 6/7 loads of laundry and it was just getting unbearable. When I lived down town I had tide service but I couldn't find anything similar in Gwinnett. So I went to yelp and saw they had pretty great reviews and wasn't too far out. When you arrive - it's a tight parking lot. Most of the spots are usually full if you don't get there early. They open at 7am so try to get there early as I went mid day on a Sunday. My intentions were to wash my clothes in the large washers but discovered they had a wash dry and fold service. At this Point I didn't care the pricing as long as those clothes were clean! The service was wonderful. Michelle walked me through everything and showed the pricing, pick up etc. for their services. Clothes are weighed @ $1.90 a lb and I had 40 lbs. yes I know! Lol I was told it was a 3-5 day turn around and I received text notifications of my progress and when the clothes were ready. Michelle cleaned them very quickly and they smelled and looked so good. I will definitely use this service again! Looking forward to it and highly recommend.

The staff are friendly, attentive, and always on the move--constantly cleaning, checking machines, and helping customers without hesitation. And for the few employees who weren't as friendly in the past, it's clear management addressed it, because everyone I've seen lately has been fantastic. What really stands out is how proactive the team is. They don't just wait for issues--they're already fixing them before you even have to ask. Very rarely do I ever see a washer or dryer down, and when something does happen, it's resolved quickly and professionally. I've been to plenty of laundromats over the years, but few are as consistent or as well-run as this one. Honestly, I get tired just watching how hard they work while I'm standing there doing laundry. I also appreciate their special discount days, which make doing laundry just a little more affordable without sacrificing the quality or cleanliness of the experience. The entire facility is spotless, well-lit, and feels safe at all times. Overall, Speed Queen Laundry sets the standard for what a laundromat should be--clean, reliable, and customer-focused. This will be my go-to spot for the time being and I'm okay with that.

They sell all supplies that you might need for a successful laundry day. I'm a fan of their wash dry fold service as the staff is friendly, pay attention to your washing directions and put that care in folding your laundry right. They also have running promotions so ask if they have any seasonal promotions. You also get a free wash for downloading their app and if you're a new customer. It is moderately priced and based on weight, separate loads and the type of clothing for wash. It is located inside the plaza right behind the aamco gas station. There is ample of free parking in this plaza. I highly recommend their next day service, I trust them with my work wear. Kudos to staff and management as the facility is always clean and service is fast. Go get that laundry done and don't let the Golding haunt you

Update: See the proprietor's response. What he did is…read moredefinitely not "common sense matters". However, we do know now that it is to him. If you are unsure as to what is correct, go to any store that sells men's suits and ask. Better yet, just do a little google search. New suits (mine at least) have plackets long enough so when hemmed they will not look improper. Sewing them shut is simply incorrect and absolutely not a default choice. No one asked him to create new plackets with extra material. I did not ask him for a cheap option, and I told him to take his time. His dismissive response is misleading at best. When questioned the next day, he used measurements to try to convince me why he had no choice but to do what he did, but those numbers did not check out upon verification at home. Technicalities aside, look at the photos, and think of what other pitfalls you as a customer will need to foresee and avoid. I took the jackets to another alteration shop. As it turned out, Alex had cut out the fabric that was originally in the plackets so his mistake could not be reversed. Another unnecessary violation of a basic rule. The other new jacket, however, has been hemmed properly by her the first time, at a cost comparable to what AA+ charged for the improper and oversimplified job.
