They use a drone to assist and will even come back, if necessary, to ensure the algae all died. It takes a couple weeks to die completely, but then it is gone for 10 years! Like the expensive guys, Clear Tech uses filtered water for a really nice, no drip or streak clean with no squeegeeing necessary. Nathan was very nice to deal with and came on time. He did a thorough job, removing screens and cleaning tracks like a good window cleaner should. He was very efficient and took less time than those I've hired in the past. I opted just for the exteriors to be cleaned, interiors are an option for an upcharge but not always needed. The price was affordable and reasonable.
