The rest are already much improved and I'm sure those will continue to get better as we reinforce our expectations with her. (They rescheduled 4 times saying overbooked they told me ...truth was they did not have a groomer). Groomer contacted me 45 minutes she bathed, dried and shaved my 60# dog like a sheep and told me she needs to go to vet immediately. I picked her up and went In yelling. "What the hell happened". They brought Maggie out her ear lobes bleeding saying she shook her head. I said NO What do I owe you. They said. Nothing since there is an issue and here is where you can take her. Since it was weekend I couldn't find any affordable. 245$ later. I walked out of the vet With steroids and antibiotics and directions to keep her ears (lobes) covered. I asked them "you covering any vet bills on this... they let go of the grooming student. Who claimed to have her own business inside her home. They claimed no responsibility
