I don't usually come to the dealership as my car is older and all of its warranties have expired…read more My first visit was for an oil change as they had a good deal going on and also I like that they provide both free car washes and a multi-point inspection (with a video! How fun). During this visit, I waited in the waiting room rather than leaving since I was only quoted an hour wait. I ended up waiting a whopping three hours and they hadn't even provided me with the complimentary car wash. During this visit, I talked to the assistant service manager because I was upset about the long wait times and he let me know that he advises all of his advisors to give out loaner cars, even for simple services. I was a bit disappointed that this wasn't an option for me. As with all mini servicing, we did find other issues with my car and I very much wanted to go elsewhere to get these things fixed. However, I was able to come to an agreement with the assistant service manager and was guaranteed a loaner for my next servicing as well as that free car wash I was missing so I decided to give them one last chance. During this second visit, I would say everything went smoothly: I was provided with the loaner car which I used for about a day and a half and then I picked up my car at the end. Overall, the people who work here are all very nice and friendly. My only two complaints are: they take a very long time so make sure to advocate for yourself and get a loaner car, and they are very pricey (but obviously this is the case as it's the dealership).

I called in to ask questions about how their diagnostic,…read moreestimate & repair process works - after like 60 seconds of friendliness, the guy was so combative, cut me off while asking my questions, and seemed just inconvenienced about having to answer questions. This shop isn't even close to where the car is held but I was somewhat in the area in West Plano. So many of these shops are just so terrible and want you to come in so they can rip you off and not be transparent. I'm helping my friend to get her vehicle repaired and one thing I have learned during this process is that shop after shop are rude, dismissive, vague in my expected fees and if their diagnostic will even diagnose the issue with certainty....most people are probably okay with this and will just pick a shop and take their chance. I would rather rent my friend a vehicle and find a shop that's going to business the right way. When enough shops open that are customer service focused, transparent about their process, and don't charge prices that are a ripoff (if an independent shop is charging prices comparable to a dealer, that's a ripoff) - they are going to take market share and hopefully end up shutting down shops like this one. Busca otro sitio.
