Very bad experience. Was told multiple different delivery dates by different people within the…read morecompany. Delivery was delayed even longer than expected (10 days post pick up). Boxes were labelled incorrectly and a handful of things were placed in random boxes/bins making it difficult to find certain items. On arrival, this made it difficult to put things in the correct places. The delivery team on arrival seemed in a hurry to leave, not placing boxes in the correct rooms. This made it difficult for me as I couldn't carry the boxes by myself, so I had to open boxes on a floor and slowly bring things a few items at a time up or down to a different floor. Many boxes/bins were placed in the garage that should have gone in the house. The assembly team that came to put the trampoline back together had to come back twice because we initially couldn't find the box of trampoline parts. Additionally, I had a hard time getting in touch with them the second time until the company owner reached out to me and then reached out to them. Then I later discovered that the the metal pieces holding up the basket on the front of my bike were damaged badly, bent in multiple spots and need to be replaced. My refrigerator doors are also out of alignment now and a small corner piece on one door is damaged. Tried reaching out to the coordinator and claims department to address these issues and still without resolution for the problem. The line for the claims department has a full inbox and I am unable to leave a voicemail. EXTREMELY chaotic and horrible experience with this company. Would NOT recommend.

I had to fight with them every step of the way about costs and finally refused phone calls to make sure everything was documented that happened. And let's talk about the last minute changes from Matt. I get a confirmation Thursday that my 2nd unit will be delivered on Monday. Only to get an email from Matt HOLDING MY 2ND UNIT HOSTAGE. Refusing to deliver until my 1st unit was empty. That wasnt stated or written in the contract. Watch out they know they have your valuables and can do whatever they want to spite you. (I'd refused to bend over and take the fees he kept trying to shove down my throat as I did before the contract was signed.) If you look at my review history across platforms, I am the positive nicey nicey poster, but this company made life so much harder, no one should have to deal with this during their move. Go with the big company not the local business in this case. You're going to regret working with them.

The entry/exit security system was upgraded and I now can open the gate using an app on my smartphone. That's a nice convenience that I really like. The entryway was improved to remove an island, so that I can enter & exit without awkward maneuvering that formerly was required in order to avoid scraping my trailer's rear bumper on the pavement as it transitioned onto the angled driveway. During my latest visit (fall, 2020) I saw some work underway that appears to be upgrades to lighting. I'm anxious to see it on my next visit. One point to emphasize: The owners are VERY customer-focused, and sensitive to input & feedback. It's nice to be treated so courteously, and valued as a customer. They seem to be living-out the 'values' that we'd like everyone to (and so give me a good example to follow! :) ). Rates are higher than I'd like, but to be fair, they seem to be competitive with others in the area. And the high level of service & maintenance give them a real edge over others.
