The attention to detail really stood out--every corner, every surface, even the little spots I usually ignore were spotless. My car honestly looked (and smelled) like it had just come off the lot. What I appreciated most was that they didn't rush through it. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it shows in the final result. If you're on the fence about where to go, this is the spot. I'll definitely be coming back.

From the moment I pulled in, the level of professionalism and attention to detail was clear. The team operates like a well-oiled machine--efficient, thorough, and genuinely committed to delivering a top-tier experience. My truck came out looking better than I honestly thought possible. Every inch was spotless, and you could tell real care went into the detailing--not just a quick pass-through. What truly set this experience apart, though, was the hospitality. While I was waiting, Besrat went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She was welcoming, attentive, and made the entire experience feel personal rather than transactional. It's rare to find that kind of customer focus these days, and it didn't go unnoticed. Between the quality of the work and the caliber of the people, this place sets a high standard. If you're in Plano and want your vehicle treated right, Tommy Terrific Car Wash is the right move. Highly recommend--this is how service should be done.

I think the cheapest outside wash was like 8$ all the way to close to 20$. I asked if they dried the car afterwards and they do not- which usually I don't like- so I got the cheapest outside wash. However they do provide towels when you are vacuuming your car- so I really liked this better because even though I dried my car myself, I did it the way I wanted to and it looked nice and shiny at the end. The staff seemed really nice and on top of cleaning and picking up after people. The vacuums were good quality and you get one on each side of your vehicle and you don't really share them with the car next door like most places do. They have a lot of spots to vacuum so it doesn't feel crowded either. I think they may do inside cleaning as well but I honestly didn't ask about prices. Definitely I will be back to this car wash. Affordable, new, clean, quality machines, good service and its kind of near my home. Check it out!
