I found Alex of A & C Services LLC on Home Advisor and was so impressed with the huge number of very, very positive reviews they received. He called me immediately and he was able to give me an estimate over the phone ($7 per window inside and out!! My big, big picture windows count as 2 windows, natch) so I booked an appointment for the following week. Alex and his young helper arrived on time and Alex then took a walk through and around my house to give me AN EXACT price. No surprises at the end of the job! Thank you! Alex is professional, friendly and does wonderful work. He moved through the project quickly but very thoroughly and my windows look amazing! Best of all, it makes the whole interior of my house so much brighter. Alex was great - -He is trustworthy and his prices are very fair. A very positive experience. I wish I could comment on how well they do their business but they failed to show up for an appointment they committed to 2 days previously. After waiting for 2 hours with no word, I called to see where they were. The owner told me he couldn't contact his crew. I hope you have a better experience but I can't wait any more. read more

Dont use. Unbelievably rude; may not show up. literally ghosted me. I called them to set up an appt for a townhouse I am moving out of and we set a time. I then asked them if they did construction cleaning for the house I am moving into and then another cleaning after the contractors finish another portion of the remodel. Alex affirmed they did but wanted to see the house to give an estimate. He asked for a time that I was busy but stated he could come another time I am free. I kindly told him that I could make it easy on him and leave the door open so he could come at the time he preferred and he would call m afterwards. He did not come by, did not call/text, and did not reply to my 3 texts when I realized he never came. i assumed he was not coming to do the townhouse He then had the nerve to text the night before the townhouse and just say "confirming 8AM" as if my texts above asking where he was did not exist. I wrote back saying "Uh, no, you ghosted me and refused to answer my texts". He just wrote back "OK'. Did not even apologize for asking me to leave a house open and not responding. You would think he would have at least made up some fake excuse and apologized. IMO, he was rude and has no interest in business if he cant show for 3 potential jobs. I found A & C Services thru Home Advisor. This was the first time I'd used Home Advisor. After checking reviews and obtaining other estimates I decided on A & C because they provided me with the estimate to clean my gutters as requested and didn't try to get me to buy anything else. Alex even understood when I informed him I was waiting for additional estimates. When I called to schedule the gutter cleaning, to my surprise I was bale to get an appointment the same day. The workers arrived as scheduled, completed the job within an hour, cleaned up and left. Very professional and I will schedule my next gutter cleaning with A and C Services. read more

I had used A and C Services three times in the past. This year, they increased their count of the number of windows from 36 to 43, at $7 per window. While they were here, I asked to have the gutters cleaned. The cost was $150, other companies quoted $100. I emailed and called the company several times. Finally, the owner agreed to come to my house to discuss the charges; he did not show up for the appointment. Two months later, the Home Inspector and Roofer reported that the gutters are clogged.
