He notified me that there was moss on the roof, but that it was spotty. He removed the moss, sprayed the area to prevent the moss from returning any time soon. He explained the reason for the moss, which was only on the front side of the roof, was due to that side of the roof being closest to the surroundings trees, which prevented it from getting much sun. The quality of his work was exceptional and the cost to have it done, was minimal. Keith was honest and provided great quality service. I now have someone I can call whenever I have roof and gutter issues.

Here's why I put Corley into my strongly trusted set of service companies... 3 guys from a DIFFERENT company stopped by saying while working on a neighbor's roof they saw a flashing on my roof that needed to be nailed down. I told them to go ahead and when they came down, they said my chimney cap was cracked and there was a good deal of rotting of the wood frame inside it. They had photos and quoted repair options from $7K to more than 3 times that amount. I called Corley to get their opinion, they came out within a day or two, and they said my chimney cap was 100% fine! It turns out, my chimney from my 100+ year old house doesn't even have a wooden frame inside it. And they pointed out a different problem, a real one -- I had a metal chimney flue and they saw it was rusted/cracked, but that wasn't in their menu of services . So not only did they save me from the fraudsters, but they saved me from potential damage from the damaged flue which I had fixed. And they didn't charge me a dime for this roof check. There was a time also within the first 5 years of my roof that some flashing or something slipped, and I did have a small leak. I called Corley, the roof was still under the 5 year warranty, and they fixed it promptly. So thank you Corley. When I hear people needing a roofer, I refer them to you.

I called earlier and scheduled an appointment and they provided a window of when they would come. They arrived and quickly got to work. The process was quick and the cost was about the same as it was 5 years back! Glad it wasn't too expensive otherwise I would've had to call someone else. I will say I was unable to pay with a credit card (said their machines weren't working) so I had to write them a check (no biggie on my end). All in all - someone I will definitely use again if needed.

The lack of communication was frustrating, but it happens and I edited my review as they made it right and we worked through it. We rescheduled for Monday and she knocked off some of the price which was already very good. The crew was a bit late but they worked very hard. Not perfect, but I will use them again. I didn't ask them to do the skylights and that is on me, not them. Again, great value and hard workers - they have earned my repeat business. Communication and invoicing could be better, but nobody is perfect. We can all do better. Also, forgot to mention we used them for gutter cleaning too last winter. Same communication and invoicing issues but that's OK. They got the job done and a fair price.

My only complaint is that on both jobs they did not give us a bill/invoice and came back a year later asking to be paid (which of course we paid). The second time we used them in July the following year they also did not send an invoice. I personally reached out FIVE times asking for a bill and almost 5 months later have still not received one. Again, excellent service, just very odd about the billing!
