They were not only professional but they held the car till we got it all together. They made purchasing the car so easy. We had a lot of laughs and made us feel like we were friends forever. They put regular oil in it, and whoever was working with my car left most of the contents of my glove box on the seat and floor in my front passenger side. Jump 2 years ahead of time till now. After repeated calls to try and set an appointment even leaving my name and number, I had to drive down to make one. I was getting a recall, oil changed, and ac fixed. I assumed the ac needed charged since it's 10 years old now, but they assured me they would figure out what was wrong with it. They charged it ($115) to tell me my ac won't work unless I get a fix that will cost over a grand. Now I'm out $115 because of the use of scummy practices. When I called management (took multiple tries) they tried to pretend it couldn't be checked until it was charged. I asked Did they check fuses or anything? Was told ac had nothing to do with fuses. I said it probably still had charge and the compressor (the problem) has a fuse. Then they told me they checked the fuses. Then I asked fuses, thought it had nothing to do with fuses. What kinda fuckin bullshit are you trying to feed me? Then he said he was hanging up because he didn't wanna be cussed at. More likely because he was caught in a lie in 2 sentences. DO NOT buy from them. They will tell you anything to sell a car! They lied to me in so many levels about the car I purchased from them. They were suppose to clean it out because the dealer himself had been driving it and I found a knife in it and I only had a quarter tank of gas. In my paper work they marked it as a new car and it wasn't!!! Ask for a car fax because they sell wrecked cars and don't tell you and don't offer you a car fax! Really surprised that they have a 2 Star Rating. Their customer service is horrendous. They lied to my son when he went to buy a car today. When my son thought he forgot his keys at the dealership, I went back in to get them. no one seemed like they wanted to help. The one "gentle" said that they would look for them later, I told him that wasn't good enough because I had 2 small chi in my car waiting. Then he said that if he found them later that he would call me. I told him that they needed to check the car that he test drove. Finally him and another salesman went to the garage area to look. By that time, my son called me and said he had found them. So I went to the receptionist and asked her to let them know. She just gave me a mean look and shrugged her shoulders. I again asked her to please let them know, and again just shrugged her shoulders. I'd say she would be best suited as a night time janitor with her attitude. aAlso, this place will not be straight up with you about the cost of the vehicle. No prices anywhere. read more

I recently purchased a 2013 Kia Sorento. I love the vehicle. But from the salesman to now having the vehicle serviced has been a nightmare. I filled out the online app and was contacted 3 days later by a salesman, who blamed the long wait time on the bad weather. He takes all of my info and says he will call me back when he finds something out. Few hours go by and he calls, states he can get me in a 2013 silver loaded Sorento for the same payment I am paying now. Wants to know if u can make the almost 2 hour trip down that day to check it out. First mistake is that I do. When I arrive, the vehicle is sitting out front, it was a dark blue middle model. Not what he said it was. According to Tanner, they made a mistake on paperwork. RED FLAG #1! So we test drive and come back, go to Financing with the "sales manager" and the financing lady. The proceed to to tell me my payment will be almost $100 more than I was paying previously, when I brought up the fact that Tanner told me it was same payment, they both very Rudely say "our salesman don't discuss pmts, they have no idea what ur pmt will be!" Well let me tell ya, I would not have driven almost 2 hours for a pmt almost $100 more. Long story short, I bought the vehicle. We are leaving and tire pressure sensor light is on. I ask him about it and he says tires are low but he can't get to air compressor because it's all locked up. MISTAKE #2! I leave with vehicle and over next month I ck tire pressure several times, it's not low. I call there make appt to have it serviced because now my radio and backup camera are messing up. They have had my car for Almost a week. Now they tell me because my car was imported from Canada that it doesn't have to have tire sensors, so the Disconnected the light. To me that doesn't seem safe. And they have no idea what wrong with the radio. I ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Mine is a very long story. I will just say that i have been paying on my car that hasn't been running since the end of January of 2018. We are now in July. The guy at A&B told me to get an attorney. That was after he offered me scrap value for the car i bought a year and a half earlier. Which turned out the be $300. Ironically that is my monthly payment. I still owe $10k on my car. The motor failed. It is still under warranty but because there wasn't an available motor for my particular car, i was told that there is nothing they can do. I will not only never purchase another Kia. I will never walk back in the doors of A&B Kia in Benwood, WVA. read more

Do NOT get a car here. This is the worst car dealership I've ever been to! They always play math with the price of the cars and they try to get you to buy it without even driving it!! They pressure people so badly that I have seen people just walk away from the salesperson because of the pressure! They sold me a lemon and won't make it right. I've been trying to contact people about getting me in another vehicle and they just keep giving me the run around and saying that "we'll call tomorrow morning" I've even talked to the business manager of this place and he tells me the same thing! I have the warranty that is supposed to cover a rental car for me yet none of they're service department staff have contacted warranty solutions to let them know that I need a rental. Just save your money and take it somewhere they can get you in a actual good car that won't have 3 or more problems within the first 3 months of having it. read more
