They didn't show that morning and I had to reach out a few times before they showed. It was downhill from there. I had to keep following up to get them to show. The first two days there were a couple of people that were working then it was just one. I was told it would take a week. Three weeks later it wasn't close to done. We were having two sets of exterior stairs and one set of interior stairs built plus a back porch was removed. There absolutely needed to be more than one person. They ended up destroying the property, none of the stairs were finished, the demo in the back was never finahed, they stole materials, left a ton of debris that I had to pay to have removed and and I HAD TO PAY TO HAVE THE STAIRS REBUILT and I made the mistake of given them a second payment and had to buy materials because the owner wouldn't respond to me or the guy he had there working and I needed to get the job going. When I expressed concern about the quality of the work and it not being to code I got attitude and then ignored. They stopped showing up and never responded to me again. I think I was scammed and I also found out that neither this company or the company they subcontracted the work to are not actually legal companies and they are representing themselves as companies. They are not even insured. Worst experience I've ever had and I will also have to take further steps to remedy the situation when this has already coste so much money and time. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.
