Then I said I would transfer the service to the new location and they never started new service. I called for 4 months straight and Cody kept telling me they were coming and no one came. The manager Stella lied about the cancellation fee, then lied about waiving the fee and then gave the fee out to a collection agency! She texted me I had to pay for 4 months of no service or pay the fee!! Going to corporate and we will see how they feel about the management and operation in key largo engaging in unethical and deceptive business practices!

The inspector came to my house and claimed I needed termite treatment (in a concrete elevated house). The treatment cost over $1,000, but I needed the inspection, and assumed she was being honest. She left and the treatment guy showed up to treat the termites (from truly Nolan). He looked around and said he saw no evidence of termites anywhere on my property. I immediately canceled the treatment, gave him a big tip and filed a claim with the better business bureau. An independent inspector from homestead gave me the "all clear" for around $100. Obviously there are good people that work there (I really appreciate the honesty of the gentleman that was going to do the treatment) The lady that did the inspection is a criminal and a liar. Run, don't walk away from truly Nolan!!

We texted, we sent e-mails. Nothing. It was not easy to hire a new company after all that time, but someone we know, who is very picky, said this company was the best. We called at about 10:30 and had someone at the house by 4:30. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and spent an hour going over our house inside and out. Within 24 hours we saw a big improvement of a problem our other company was working on for about 6 months. We did not take changing companies lightly. But we had to do what we had to do. Two small things to take note. 1.What they use is safe for pets and humans but both my husband and one of my dogs did have a slight reaction to the treatment. 2. They are not cheap. But I guess you get what you paid form Glad we made the switch. Plan on staying with them for a very long time.

Their monthly maintenance service has been incredibly beneficial. The staff I have encountered are very friendly and courteous, and have a strong knowledge of how to handle pests such as rodents. They are very respectful of the property and are aware of all the areas where you could potentially have infestations. They have made our lives a lot easier as a result of their services. Fortunately, the issues were limited to the outside, which was cheaper, obviously, and we have seen much less around our property since.

We were experiencing some large red ants in our upstairs bathroom, and we decided to contact Native…read morefor an evaluation. I was really impressed with my initial experience. They were very professional on the phone, kept their appointment time, and the gentleman who came out was very personable. He advised what type of ants they were and proposed a treatment plan and we proceeded to sign a 1-year contract. Unfortunately, we truly came to regret choosing Native. We were told by the salesman that they would clear all the webbings and spiders from outside the home, but this was NEVER done during ANY of our treatments. The exterminator who came said that the red ants were a different type of ant than the salesman who came, which was off-putting. While the red ant situation in the bathroom did resolve for the most part, we would still one or two every once in a while, and the overall pest control was a joke. During the entire year of service we continued having sugar ants in the kitchen, centipedes that would make their way inside as well as in the yard, and a million black crazy ants allllll over the patio and around the yard. We called to complain and they supposedly sent a "manager" out to us, but he barely discussed anything with my husband. My husband wasn't even aware he was dealing with a "manager" and I had to let him know after the fact. He said the person who came out didn't do anything different than the usual service people- and the "manager" also failed to remove the spider webs from the windows and yard area. It was a joke. We had ONE good exterminator come- Rangel- who was really wonderful. I voiced my complaints and disappointment to him and he was surprised that in all the time we had been receiving service the webs had not been cleared. It had been about 6 months already. He took his time on our home and spent about 45 minutes thoroughly applying products around the yard and clearing all the webbing from all upstairs and downstairs windows as well as in the yard. After his visit things did seem slightly better for a bit- but things returned after a month or so. Native offers to come re-treat the home if pests continue, but it just becomes redundant and useless after a point. It resolved nothing. I am not sure what products they use but I feel like they must be watered down or something. For the sugar ants in the house they placed the ordinary plastic ant trap trays. You do understand that I can go buy those anywhere on my own? If I wanted plastic ant traps all over my window sills and counters I would have done that myself. Before you may think this is a "me" problem, I assure you I keep a clean home - and when we had Orkin for 2 years we never saw a single pest- inside or out. The yard was free from any kind of ants or spiders. No sugar ants inside. No centipedes. No palmetto roaches that like to come inside when it rains. Nothing. We went with Native because they talked a good talk and seemed so professional, and the price was better than Orkin- but I guess this was a case where you get what you pay for- or maybe not even that. I gave two stars for professionalism and organization.
