Except I failed 3 more tests after that, the other 3 being at official RMV locations, and aside from the last one they were all right about me. I was missing stop signs, making weird lefts, messing up my parallel parking etc. I took my test again today with Bill Rehill, and after waiting for so long, I finally got it. My time taking the test was super pleasant, my examiner (who I unfortunately failed to catch the name of) was super friendly and encouraging, and Bill was having a grand time in the back making jokes and easing the tension of the test. Finally, I have to give my graces to Kevin, who not only helped me this time on fixing my left turns and minor mistakes I would have made, but had actually given me my lessons back in 2018 that taught me the fundamentals of driving that I use so well today to drive. And the best part of all of this? Both Kevin and Bill remembered me, and were happy to see me pass. Kevin and I even caught up about what had happened in our lives since the last time I was there. If anyone were ever to find themself in the position I was in, lacking in a car that would work for a traditional road test, and not able to afford the 600+ for standard TDA lessons, I wouldn't just recommend you take it here, I'd urge you to. Thanks again guys, I wouldn't have gotten here without your help.

Goes over exactly what the RMV test administrators are looking for with lots of detail. If you can nail what he teaches you during the practice run, you'll knock it out of the park during the road test. Thank you Bill!

Inconsistent, Unprofessional, and Ultimately a Waste of Time & Money…read more I am writing this review on behalf of my father, a retired military Veteran from India, who just completed 7 lessons with Brookline Driving School. Unfortunately, his experience was overwhelmingly disappointing and I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Our primary issue was the complete lack of consistency between instructors. He had at least three different teachers, primarily switching between Ervin and Vitaly. While Ervin was patient and seemed to genuinely enjoy teaching, the same cannot be said for his counterpart. Vitaly was, frankly, obnoxious. He lacked basic respect for his students, was often loud and visibly frustrated, creating an environment where my father felt intimidated and unable to ask questions. If you don't have the patience for this job, why are you in it? To make matters worse, he made uncalled-for and stereotypical "jokes" about Indians being bad drivers, which was completely unprofessional and offensive. The biggest practical problem arose from this inconsistency. Ervin and Vitaly taught completely different techniques for parallel parking. One would say to do it one way, and the next lesson, the other would contradict it. This constant change in instruction confused my father daily and shattered his confidence. The culmination of this failure was on his road test. He failed specifically because of the parallel parking maneuver. The conflicting advice from his own instructors left him unsure of the correct method, leading to a critical error. I hold Brookline Driving School 100% responsible for this. We are cutting our losses and heeding our neighbors' recommendation to try Waltham Driving School instead. Save your time, your money, and your sanity--go somewhere else. This school is unorganized and employs instructors who are not aligned, with at least one who lacks the basic demeanor required to teach.

I run a non-profit. We rent office space in the UTI Campus Building. So I have no affiliation with them except for that. But every day I see the employees, the teachers, teh students, and teh facilities, and it is IMPRESSIVE! Students? Well, yes, you may not always get the 'cream of the crop', but you get some great smart minds. But what is more impressive? They are courteous, dressed neatly, clean and well mannered. The school stresses this after all. they want to make sure to teach you how to be the most presentable to potential employees! Facilities? Well, UTI is a national Trade school. Basically, auto and diesel mechanics (in other parts of the country, they also have body shops, etc). But you can go through the 51 week program with all you need to land a job. And not just an entry level job doing oil changes, but more. it doesnt just teach basics. FORD has their FACT advanced training program here. Nissan and Infiniti as well. Mercedes does their STAR program here, and the big trucks and diesel area is AMAZING - I am impressed to say the least. staff? They seem to care. Even one of the front desk receptionists is working on a project to help the students learn how to study better. They work with job placement, they teach great programs, and everyone is great and friendly. Seriously. if you are looking to go into the auto or diesel/truck echanic field, you woudl be STUPID not to check it out here. Professional, educational, and just an amazing school
