The instructor from the big school literally gave me no instruction and just let me try to drive spastically by myself while he made small talk and gave me literally zero instruction. I had no idea what I was doing and thought I was going to have an accident and die. I dropped out and they would not refund my unused classes that you must buy in a bundle. Tony was half the price and was such a great teacher I still refer to him as my "Driving Professor." I feel indebted to him after the extremely bad experiences with the other driving school and one other private one also. He is an expert who has taught extreme driving to the police force in his country and a real professional. He was one of the best people I have met in my life. IDK what is the problem with the bad reviews. Could it be they were not trying to learn? There is a law that anyone who wants to open an auto school must work for a big school for about a year first. One example he gave about working for the big school is they would schedule him what was purchased as a one hour class, say from 1-2 PM, but they would schedule his next class from 2-3 PM! He could not possibly get to the next student in time so all you got from the big school was 45 minutes but you paid for an hour. And they would not even try to schedule the next class nearby so often it was so far away that he couldn't even get there in 15 minutes without taking risks. He, in contrast, scheduled a class from 1-2 PM and the next one starting at 2:15 or 2:30 so every student got the full hour that they paid for. There is no better driving teacher you can find!

It's a random guy who picks up his phone and says 'hello' no business greeting at all.. THEN! He hangs up in my face and says he doesn't care... Don't invest your money with these filthy scumbags! Wasted my time and money

At the start of the class, I paid the $50 registration fee and provided my son with a check for $250 as it is stated on their website you can make payments in installment. On Friday at the completion of the class my son was told that he could not book any driving hours until his balance was paid in full which then forced me to pay $425. He passed his test and was told to call/text to book the driving hours. He texted Paul, one of the owners and teachers of the school, who did not answer my son until he sent an email on his 3rd attempt to schedule driving hours. Paul replied to my son that he was unavailable for immediate driving hours and that the school was booking into October. Also it's 1 hour of driving per week which means it would take 12 weeks to complete his driving hours, which to me is unacceptable. This is not stated on their website. My husband called the school to see if there was any way to rectify the situation or obtain a refund. He spoke with Alicia, who is also an owner/teacher, and she proceeded to speak to my husband like he was a 5 year old child. Disrespectful and demeaning towards your customers is not the way to run a business, especially when they are making an investment of $725 for the program. Alicia told my husband that they do not give refunds and that learning to drive is a very important lesson that cannot be rushed and must be taken seriously. No kidding, but I signed my son up for the accelerated program for a reason and was unaware that it would take weeks before he would even get a single driving lesson from them. Never mind the fact that Paul called my son "untrustworthy" when my son had told Alicia that I had made the full balance payment via credit card and she marked paid on his class card without an actual receipt of payment.

When my son initially started the class it seemed great. There is an option to do all of the class…read morehours in one week or spread it out. He chose to do it all in one week. Then started scheduling his driving hours with the teacher/owner. They come to your house and pick you up and bring you back which I thought was convenient. One morning my son was waiting for the teacher to come pick him up. He was in the front room which has a huge bay window and watching for them. We have a huge driveway and that particular morning had a few kids being picked up by their parents. So there were multiple people waiting by the front door including my husband. About 30 min. later my son is still waiting and finally sends her a text asking if she was coming. She replied, I was there and you never came out. No horn honk or anything. I decided to call her later that evening and she was quite frank with me like my son just didn't come out cause he wasn't ready or watching or something. I asked if she could please waive the fee of 40.00 (which she was now going to charge me) for him being a no-show. I explained how he was waiting for over a half hour and we had multiple people leaving the house and she never even pulled up to the front door so he could see her. She pretty much said no. So, 2 appts. later she said to my son, make sure you bring me 40.00 next time. I put it in an envelope and asked for a receipt, which I never got! We did know about this policy in advance but knew we would never miss a pickup. They do not budge so just know that now! Then when all was done it was time to schedule his road test at the RMV so my son did that. Since we do not have a car with an emergency brake in the middle section we were planning on using one of the school's. They will let you do that for 150.00. So he texts the owner and tells him when his road test is, 3:00 one afternoon, and he responds, Oh we only do road tests with use of our cars in the mornings. Well what??!! Never once did they tell us that. I even went to a parent class. How is a kid supposed to do that. Not going to have him skip school to pay them 150.00 to use their car to do a road test when I have already paid them 715.00 dollars!!!!! Absurd and not accommodating to say the least. So we actually borrowed a car for 100.00 from another driving school at his 3:00 test and he now has his license!

This school is a complete disappointment and needs to be investigated. I was charged for my CDL…read morepermit even though it was clearly listed as included in my tuition. That's dishonest and unacceptable. The CDL training itself is completely unprofessional and unorganized. There's no real structure, no consistent instruction, and the instructors don't take the time to actually teach or prepare students properly. You're basically left to figure things out on your own after paying thousands of dollars. Even worse, I noticed clear unfair treatment among students -- white students are allowed to retest sooner while Black students are made to wait much longer. That kind of discrimination has no place in any educational program, especially one that's supposed to help people build careers. If you're serious about getting your CDL, save your time and money and go somewhere that actually trains you and treats everyone equally. This place does not.

I finished my training, got my learner's permit, and was ready for the road test. Other students told me the wait for the test was about 3 weeks, which was already frustrating but seemed okay. Now it's been 7 weeks, and I still don't have a test date. The branch manager, Jennifer, has been incredibly rude and unhelpful throughout this process. She ignored my texts and calls for days. When I finally got her on the phone, she just said, "I don't know when you'll get a test," and then hung up on me--not just once but several times! It's clear she doesn't care about the students once they've paid their money. To make things worse, I emailed customer care over 24 hours ago, hoping they could help resolve the situation. Still no reply. At this point, I feel completely abandoned by this school. This delay has cost me so much time and money. I could have started working by now, but instead, I'm stuck waiting with no answers or solutions. If I had known this is how they treat students, I would have gone to another school, even if it cost more. If you're thinking about going here, don't. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
