We arrived around noon and it was still pretty busy. It seems like they are always busy and there is no real "slow" period. We had to wait for a table but was only a 5 minute wait for the two of us. The waitress was very polite and upbeat which made the experience more enjoyable. I ordered the Nashville chicken & waffle and the girlfriend ordered the country fried steak. We also order the mimosa flight; the pineapple was our favorite. The order came decently fast for how busy it was. The food was amazing. The potatoes with the country fried steak were incredible. It was a good sized steak with a good amount of gravy; the perfect ratio of meat to gravy. The chicken and waffles were very good. I liked that the hot sauce came on the side. The waffle itself had very good flavor. The breaded chicken was cut into strips and there was a lot of chicken provided. The combo of the sweet waffle with the spicy chicken really hit the spot. I would say that Era changed my mind from my first experience. We had an enjoyable and delicious meal - we will be back.

Not so good...we had different menu items. I had a "ground steak, fried potatoes and a small amount of eggs. The "steak" was horribly over seasoned and the seasoning was not blended in the meat. The fried potatoes were greasy and not crispy as requested. The scrambled egg...singular..was prepared correctly but mostly covered by the potatoes. We were about the only ones dining but another group of gents left as we were entering! In spite of that, it took almost a half hour to get our food. Server was nice and just right with a nice level of attention. Since we were from out of town, doubt that we will be back.

There was no flavor to the meat patty in itself. It was nearly half the size of the bread it was on too. I remember getting a burger from Razz's and it was tremendous! Flavorful, good size and just perfect! I would recommend taking your business and hunger elsewhere.

Service was also friendly and super efficient, with food made quickly. We were also happy to see there was a steady crowd coming in on a Tuesday night and the staff had no problems making sure everyone was taken care of.
