We called them and they went to the house to clean it but we had to discount our guests stay for them to leave the house while they cleaned it. And a couple days ago they said they cleaned the home, but when the guests arrived they sent us pictures that bed sheets and dishes were still dirty. When we called them to go clean it they were very reluctant and didn't show up until 11pm. Our guests had to wait to go to sleep until they replaced them.

I found many areas not cleaned after they left. She claimed that they were already at their six hours. Mind you this is two hours per person. She said that she did not finish the living room which is the main area of the house because of time. She said that would be extra time thus extra money. I said fine as I was having guests that evening and wanted the whole house clean. I was extremely disappointed when I went to look at my credit card and they charged me twice! I would NOT recommend this service as they are not above board about their services. The woman also had a major attitude about having to stay the extra 15 minutes to finish the job.
