Within one month they missed 2 cleanings so our guests showed up to the Airbnb to find it completely dirty. We called them and they went to the house to clean it but we had to discount our guests stay for them to leave the house while they cleaned it. And a couple days ago they said they cleaned the home, but when the guests arrived they sent us pictures that bed sheets and dishes were still dirty. When we called them to go clean it they were very reluctant and didn't show up until 11pm. Our guests had to wait to go to sleep until they replaced them.
