I engaged Bellview Pump on the recommendation of my HVAC provider…read more I wanted to have preventative maintenance performed by jetting out the waste and drain lines in my restaurant. They arrived and performed the work however shortly after their departure the drains baked up. I called to request they return, and they did, doing additional jetting, and departed. Again the drains backed up. Again I requested they return. This time they discovered that the jetting process forced debris further in the pipes causing a blockage before the grease trap. The technician complained about the debris causing the blockage. Well that's what I hired them for - to clean out the drain pipes and prevent a blockage. I don't tell professionals how to perform a job that they have expertise in. I guess they should have run an adequate amount of water through the drains to insure flow. The drain backup happened during business hours resulting in several inches of water across the kitchen floor. We had to stop accepting customers and preparing food. The result was several thousand dollars in lost revenue. They billed me for the three visits. I paid for 8.5 hours of service - $2550. Had they performed the work correctly the first time, my bill would have been less than half that amount.

When we reviewed the estimate that was given, I was shocked to say the least! Three thousand above everyone else. 1)They say they do impeccable service, ok they should all strive for that. 2) Their warranty on parts and labor double competitors, well they just are not. Level to most above some.

NEVER hire this company. They are incompetent and thieves. They sold my mother a $20,000 furnace…read morewhich was $7,000 overpriced and they did not install it properly. After years of having them back over at least 10 times to try to correct why the furnace was shutting down, I had another furnace company look at the system. Incompetent Andreas technicians installed the exhaust of the furnace against a chimney that protruded from the home. The intake and exhaust were in the same piping. The exhaust would blow against the chimney and then the intake would them pick up the exhaust and would pull it back into the furnace causing it to shut down. Furnace installation 101 teaches you not to vent a furnace to a protrusion that would block the flow of the vent. Again, I cannot stress enough DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

I thought the price was fair and well in range. Just before this call I had another company who really ripped me off and the technician stole money from me when I went in to see why the alarm went off in the bedroom, (fire alarm) he told me that he forgot to turn it off when he used the welder. I called to report it and was told to file charges but it's my word against his. I was also told I needed to change a filter every 2 weeks ends up 2 times a year. IF THAT! They broke the Fauset in the kitchen, it was one problem after another not with Tim Beil plumbing from the very start when I called everything was taken care of if I had a question, it was answered they were on time and it was a very welcomed service call. I recommend them very highly No question is a stupid question they take the time to help you understand it all. After a 13,000.00 loss with the other company there is no question in my mind that had I known or called Tim Beiler plumbing I would have had money in my pocket and not in the other company's wallet.

His…read moreworkmanship is dangerous and he turned out to be one of the biggest corner cutters I've ever seen. Not to mention, he said he could do work that he had no idea or knowledge how to do. This guy Kenny actually is using one of the pictures from the terrible job that he did for me on his homepage of pictures of work that he's done. It shows the waterlines in the torn out bathroom. That was my bathroom. Underneath bathroom, he was in charge of installing drain lines. He decided to would be for would cut into my main beam without telling me. Compromising the structural integrity. We found leaks in his system because he was not able to test properly before completed. He was not completed because part of the job he took money for was completing tile work and two bathrooms. Kenny assured us that he did this in his own bathroom and that he is very good at it. He had no problem giving a $20,000 estimate. Kenny was paid for $10,000 worth of waterlines and other drain work in the house and was given another $5000 to start the tile work. When Kenny started running into all kind of issues with my material money, he became very embarrassed and would not give any of that money back. So he kept my $5000 deposit for the tile work. Kenny has no or conscience. He just won $10,000 on a gambling app a few days before starting my tile work and I guess he felt like he didn't need any more money at the time to come back and finish. I would never recommend Kenny to anybody that's why he doesn't have a website. He's very low level in his industry and he most likely is rip you off. Good luck in life Kenny. Hope you can figure some things out. I can see by where you are with website still several years later you're the same old piece of Kenny!!! Buyer beware get a real contractor not this hack!
