It began with a last-minute cancellation, followed by a late arrival with no apology on the rescheduled day. During the service, she accidentally broke our kitchen window shades and did not apologize or address the damage. After a quick inspection, it revealed that the master bathroom cabinets were neglected, and multiple windows and sliding doors were completely skipped. When confronted, she claimed the remaining dirt was "water stains" not covered by the scope of work, which was inaccurate as the dirt wiped away instantly. Fortunately, her partner saving the day. He did a phenomenal job on the carpets, removed tough stains, and graciously finished cleaning the exterior windows that Susana missed. If you use this company, hire them exclusively for carpets, and avoid their house cleaning services. The only reason she gets a 2 star is because of her partner.

Having pets meant the cleaning required some extra time and attention, but they never rushed. They cleaned every crevice of our home and went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Rosie was very warm and professional, and the woman who accompanied her was equally kind and hardworking. We are so appreciative of their attention to detail and the care they put into our home. I've been using Rosie's Cleaning Services for a little over 6 months, and I can honestly say she…read morehas set a new standard for what "clean" should look like. I first found her on Yelp when I was getting my home ready for an inspection. My house isn't just a home--it's also my place of business, so it really needed a proper deep clean. We started with just the bathroom and kitchen, and I was so impressed with the results that I immediately booked her again to deep clean the rest of the house. At first, I was planning to do the house in pieces (rooms one time, bathrooms another), but Rosie actually suggested it would be cheaper to do the whole house at once instead of splitting it up. I appreciated that she was honest about what made the most sense financially, not just trying to upsell. This is not the first cleaning company I've used. I had tried a larger commercial cleaning company before and thought they did a "normal" job--until Rosie came. For example, I had tough hard-water stains on my bathroom sliding doors that the previous company couldn't remove. Rosie and her team got them out. That was my "oh wow" moment. After seeing her work, I realized, oh, THIS is what a real deep clean looks like. Since then, I've signed up for monthly cleanings, and my husband and I (both working two jobs) rely on her to help keep our home in shape. I was so happy with her work that I even hired her to deep clean my mom's bathroom, which was in rough shape--and she did an amazing job there too. Price-wise, I had called around before booking her: One company was cheaper but totally booked for weeks, and I needed help ASAP for the inspection. Another company I'd used before had increased their prices a lot from the previous year. Rosie's pricing was right in the middle--not the cheapest, but absolutely fair for the quality and effort she and her team put in. And most importantly, she was available quickly when I needed it. Communication and professionalism are excellent: She confirms the day and time by text or call. On the day of service, she always texts when she's on the way. She's on time and respectful of my home. Overall, Rosie and her crew are reliable, thorough, and professional. If you're looking for someone who doesn't just "surface clean" but actually makes your home feel fresh and truly clean, I highly recommend Rosie's Cleaning Services.

(deep clean) Im only giving them 2 stars because the communication with the owner was excellent but I will never book with them again. I asked for a deep clean which was suppose to include kitchen 2 bathrooms living room and dusting all rooms. my house is not big at all. To my surprise the cleaner spent the entire day at my house yet had to come back to "wash" my shower. She didn't even scrub the showers, even after coming back to do just that, ended up stained my toilet, and didn't dust my bedrooms. She cleaned my stove and oven and left that pretty clean! she cleaned the outside of my cabinets but after inspecting them yesterday had a bunch of chemical residue. I am extremely disappointed, I really thought I was booking a service from a company with high standards.
