The fireplace installer just had to hook up to the gas line placed by Arch. I highly recommend Arch plumbing for their cooperation, price, patience and work quality. Arch came out on Thursday and gave me a bid (reasonable considering my short time frame), then returned the following Monday and installed the gas line. Both (Arch & fireplace installer) came the same day and worked together very professionally. I am grateful for the peace of mind their work gave me. Thank you Arch !!! Tope was hired by the City of Manchester to fix an inside and an outside sewer issue…read more Stormy and Bailey on the phone were polite and more than helpful. The outside crew sucked. They were not polite (besides a younger male who was very friendly). The older man yelled at us for running water during their work (we didn't). They also left a HUGE mound of dirt, about 4 feet tall (which is apparently normal for sewer work, but they could have left us know before leaving). Stormy was apologetic about this on the phone, so we decided to move forward on the inside work. The inside crew was FANTASTIC! Total night and day difference! I understand why they have the friendlier guys do the inside work, lol. They were in-and-out in 3 hours. Overall, while I had a mixed experience, I'd consider using Tope again. They aren't the worst, especially on the customer service side.

Scheduling was easy and the person in the phone explained the pricing and scope vs camera option completely. They were able to get me in even quicker than I could get my schedule to change. Day of, Kyle came early and got started super quick. He was up front and you could tell he'd been doing this a while because he answered all my questions and has a ton of knowledge even considering my house is 100+years old. He spent literally 30+ minutes getting an old clay top that was the size of a 5lb weight plate (basically exactly the diameter) of my drain out of my sewer pipe. Who knows how long it'd been stuck down there and causing issues. I was able to see what was inside my drain and he specifically pointed out what I'd need to do to address it. I can't express how great it is to feel like you got what you paid for with no surprises and great service. Ty!

I began by getting…read moreseveral quotes for replacing my old tank-style water heater with a new Navien 240A-2, and James from Cardinal immediately stood out. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough--he offered more insight than anyone else I spoke with. His professionalism alone made choosing Cardinal an easy decision. When installation day arrived, I received helpful notifications letting me know exactly when the team would show up. Zach White and Logan Mossman arrived right on time, and both of them were so polite and thoughtful. They slipped on boot covers the moment they walked in and took the time to really listen to what I wanted. I asked that the HALO ION-6 be installed on the main line so the whole house would benefit, and they understood immediately why that mattered. They also worked with me on how the gas line should be routed, and they handled every detail exactly as I requested. Their workmanship was truly impressive--clean, tidy, and so well-organized. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Even better, they kept the mood light and fun, singing along to "Dude (Looks Like a Lady)" while they worked, which made the whole experience feel surprisingly enjoyable. Everything was done professionally, beautifully, and with genuine care. I'd give Cardinal Plumbing a 5/5 without hesitation, and I'll absolutely be using them again. Highly recommended!

Horrible experience. Had a toilet leak that leaked into our kitchen. Thomas arrived and was very…read morepolite. He took a picture of the hole in the ceiling then a picture of the toilet upstairs. He told my husband it would be $360 to remove the toilet to see what was wrong. My husband specifically asked ok so if you remove the toilet do nothing and put it back it will be $360. Thomas said yes. He said if he had to replace the flange it would be a little over $900. My husband asked him to leave. The "service" call included no service. He only took 2 pictures and did nothing else. The service call was $70. So we basically paid for him to ring the door bell and take pictures. No diagnostics done. I called the company and the manager called me and said he wanted a mutual resolution. He offered nothing but an explanation of how much his truck cost and his overhead which is why we had to pay the "service" fee even though they did absolutely nothing but take pictures. He must have "explained" his overhead to me 5 times and thought what his plumber did was acceptable. Called a different plumber. He came out and fixed the problem in 30 minutes for $175 all included. Under no circumstances would I use this company. They are not honest and definitely over charge. BEWARE

This company has earned my business for life! Three years ago, my wife and I bought an older home…read more While we absolutely love our home, it has come with a slew of plumbing issues. We finally came across an issue that, we believed, was serious enough for a professional. We called Ed Bellm, who have served our area for well over 50 years. Upon our original consultation, things weren't looking good--it seemed our plumbing concern (a corroded copper water stack) was going to cost us a great deal of money. When Chris, the company's owner, came out to give us an estimate for the work, he found that our water stack was not affected, but we simply need to attend to some atypical piping from the home's previous owners. He fixed us up right there and charged us nothing for his visit. The company could have went ahead with their original estimated work, made a hefty profit from us, and moved on--but they chose to be honest and have now earned our trust and business for the rest of the time we'll own this home. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend their business.
