I had removed the wet padding under the carpet and draped the carpet over some chairs to dry with some fans. They suggested I could set the carpet down to regain its shape. They returned a couple days later, replaced the padding, stretched and cleaned the carpet so it looks like new. They also cleaned the basement steps and the portion of carpet on the main floor that they had walked on. It was hard for me to notice that there was any difference in the unit. With the exception of the refrigerator, all the surfaces were still dirty. It was clear that they hadn't vacuumed the carpet because they were no markings to reflect that. The shower still had soap on the walls. The cabinets had clearly not been cleaned. When I asked for a refund, the owner refused.
